I know right! My babies are now one year old! It’s like time just kicked into turbo boost. I didn’t make any resolutions this year. I think I am just going to focus on the renovations to Scandals and focusing on school. Did you make any yourself? I am rethinking not having made some. But I usually end up not sticking through with them - so I actually just decided to make checklist of things to get done. 

I can’t believe it’s the middle of January already.  Some years January seems to drag on forever, and now this year…it feels like New Years was just a couple of days ago.  It might be because I find myself thinking of it, maybe. Did anyone make any resolutions?  How are they going?

That’s really good! Yeah I hear that is the main con about doing online classes but everything usually works itself out in forums and posting videos to Youtube in some online classes. I actually am doing classes to get my Master’s in Accounting, I wanted to be a little more sharper when Scandals expands and opens up to more clientele, workers, and investors coming to look at it. Not to mention I do have plans to expand the brand outside of Lima in a few months if the new expansion does well. 

How are things going with you and the musical? I am sure having someone like Ross living with you is a big help. 

After my first week of classes again, I’m glad to say they’re actually pretty interesting; for the most part.  However, while online classes are convenient, they are a little less engaging.  I find myself having to record the sessions and go back and listen again.   Thankful that I joined the musical as well since it’s a good way to shift away from class/study mode.  Anyone else taking classes (online or other wise) this year?

That would actually be great! I want to spend some one on time with Soren before scandals gets bigger and before RENT picks up. Also I’ve been thinking of hiring a few nannies.

With the holidays rolling around, it’s time to really break into the juicy holiday secrets whether it be Hannukah, Christmas or whatever you celebrate things are going to be… interesting. Or it could be something as simple as your favorite thing to do this holiday season. It’s up to you mostly, but consider this a very special HOLIDAY HONESTY HOUR so try to keep the questions festive.

Manny looked at the other curiously to make sure that he wouldn’t have a heart attack or something - because the way he got startled even made Manny flinch a little bit. He chuckled and turned his head towards the other to make sure that there was another baking soda on the self and then looked back to Yuri. “You okay?” He asked him softly and couldn’t help the chuckle that was coming out of his mouth. “I didn’t mean to startle you.” He stated softly and looked at the other with a soft expression and sat his own box of baking soda into the shopping cart and looked at the other again.

“Hey, it’s cool. I wasn’t really watching where I was going. I was singing the song to them and got too distracted.” he stated softly. “I am~.” He nodded softly and looked at the other with a soft expression. “I was thinking of asking your brother and Leo to do something for Christmas, since Soren and the twins need some family time.” He looked at the twins when Yuri waved at them - he watched their faces perk up and their hands start to reach out for Yuri. “Oh boy.” He shook his head. “They are spoiled this season.”

Manny was doing a bit of grocery shopping for the house, with the twins. He was giving Soren some time to work on things with the play, so he and the kid got the grocery duties. “The itsy bity spider went up the water spout, down came the rain and washed the out…” he started singing to the children, as they started giggling and cooing. “Out came the sun and dried up all the rain…” A bright smile flashed on his face and he moved to grab an item off the shelf, but accidentally bumped someone’s hand. “Oh sorry, you go first!” He smiled brightly. “How is your holiday season going?” He accent coming in.

Yuri was planning on surprising his family with gingerbread cookies at some point in the December month, so along with his regular groceries he was stocking up on some materials needed to bake. He was humming to himself, in his own little world while he walked down the aisles. His humming suddenly shifted to “Itsy Bitsy Spider”, since he was hearing it coming from someone else. He didn’t notice, though, still singing to himself as he reached for a box of baking soda. He flinched slightly when he felt someone else’s hand, jumping as a result of being caught off guard. As outgoing and friendly as he was, Yuri had a tendency to startle easily. 

“Oh! Sorry!” Yuri squeaked, pulling his hand back before the other insisted he go first. He took one of the boxes and then set it in his cart. “Thanks! Oh, so good! I already celebrated Hanukkah with my family, and next Christmas is coming up! I’m so excited! Are you having wonderful holidays?” He spotted the children the other was with then and gave them a small wave and grin.

He smiled as he saw down at the cafe. He texted his cousin that he was there and waited for her to show up. He wanted to have a good time and finally get out of the house and do something that wasn’t related to Scandals. So he was going to treat Adri to something at the cafe then the could go on a small shopping spree. He stared down at the menu and pondered on what he would want until he heard his prima’s voice calling to him. “Hola, mija.” He smiled and stood to hug and greet her. “How are you?” He asked softly and looked into her face. He had just gotten off of facetime with Soren, because he wanted to see his babies falling asleep, but now he had to go back to work. But it was a good thing that the night was slow, anyways, and he could just relax and have fun. But he wanted to check in on Tommy and see how his progress was going - so since the night was slow and Aaron and Stevie could handle this night in their sleep he decided to pull Tommy. “Tommy, can you come to my office for a second.” He called and went back to his office. He hated putting on his boss voice, because he was an fun and energetic person, but he knew that being fun and energetic didn’t run a business. He moved into the office and sat back down to do the books and such. He thought Tommy was doing good, but he wanted to see how the other felt about everything and if there was things that needing improving on.  ( @tommychanghq​ )
