Listening to Maria Bartiromo drone on about MAGA narratives as if she has an objective point of view is theatre for the braindead.
The anecdotal 'nobody wants to enjoy retirement' is from the same people who say grandma should help with child care.

Video of a kitten at a vet’s office protesting loudly as it’s scooped from the floor. Another kitten turns around the corner and walks up to the camera, also protesting loudly for its friend. From here.

theres bikes around the city you can rent but you have to use an app that needs your drivers license. theres buses that drive right to your destination, but if you dont have change you need the app. you can wash your car here if you sign into the app. you can go to the bathroom here you just have to unlock it with the app that needs your location on. you can order at this restaurant if you scan the code and download the app. im losing my freaking mind

During slavery, you worried that freeing slaves would cause prices to increase due to the loss of the slaves' labor.
Nowadays, you worry that freeing prisoners would cause prices to increase due to the loss of the prisoners' labor.
In other words, you want the government to implement something that keeps prices low.
If you think that's a legitimate function of the government, why not just prohibit corporations from profiting over a certain amount? Why not just tax rich people and provide those things for free?
