took my background which took hours to make (without even reuploading it) and my elphinstone permalinks for his Velit theme. Also I don't think it's coincidental that all the google fonts he uses are ones that I use, like how his Tristes theme looks remarkably like my homepage and I was using that gothic font on velit when I was using that background last summer.

Edit: I confronted him and he didn't deny it, was apologetic and changed them

Stole my entire streamline theme, added a section for links at the top, claimed that she did “major edits” and proposed to sell it for some obscure price (I believe like $15.25)

Took all the code from my old theme page to make his own. Only rude responses to my asking him to take it down or make his own. Continues to use all my jquery and design concepts on his new theme page. It is so disgraceful that a well-known theme maker has done this.

Submitted and almost exact replica of my Florean theme to the garden without any permalinks and with a changed 'theme by' tag.

Stole my Callidora theme, edited some of the cool elements to look cheap and tacky and submitted it to the theme garden, after a lot of rude back and forth I emailed Peter Vidani to have it taken down.
