SIBLINGS: Alice has nine siblings, she was the fourth eldest.

Alice honestly stays out of politics, mainly as she doesn’t completely understand it - especially once Auradon was created. She remains quiet, often remaining within Wonderland to escape the bickering and confusion of those silly Royals.

The title of Alice has been an ancient tradition within Wonderland, once that goes by millennia. It is a title that is given to a young girl from Un-Wonderland (the normal world) and is often used instead of a name. But why Alice? Well, there is a story behind that…

The first original Alice was called, well obviously, Alice. Alice Liddell, and like the original tale says she fell into the rabbit hole. She had many adventures while she was in Wonderland; she met the Hatter, clashed with the Queen of Hearts, sung with the flowers, and so much more. After a while, she returned to the Un-Wonderland, but her home never felt the same.

Alice returned to Wonderland after she came of age, this time dealing with the Red and White Courts. When it came time to solve the issue with the White King it became clear that he was her, and she was him. The White Royal family disappeared until it was just her, and Alice became the White Queen.

Since becoming the White Queen she has watched Alice after Alice come to Wonderland, some following the path she had once taken, and others having their own adventures.

TITLES: The Hatteress

KINGDOM: It is unknown where she really comes from, so normally most people make note that Wonderland is her home.

FACECLAIM: Jenna Coleman

FATHER:  The Hatter

MOTHER: Unknown - There is some speculation that her mother may actually be Alice Liddell, but there is no definite proof of this.

SPOUSE/PARTNER: Single

The Hatteress has no opinions of anything to do with Auradon, in all honesty, she barely acknowledges the kingdom as existing and does not abide by the laws set in place. Wonderland is its own place with its own rules, how can anyone have any control over it besides those who are already in place.

And if they really think they can banish or retire magic there, well they are as crazy as some would say she was.

No one knows where the Hatteress really comes from, her appearance is as mysterious as to where she goes every now and then. There is some speculation that her appearance is not her real appearance, but no one has yet been able to prove them. The only definite thing anyone knows is that she often refers to the Hatter as her papa, though the pair are rarely seen together.

In the long of it, the Hatteress plays her part well as the next generation of the Hatter and will mess with people who dare join her tea party. Be careful when she offers you a tea, sometimes it is no exactly as harmless as you may consider it to be.

TITLES: Princess of Maldonia

KINGDOM: Maldonia is the place she was born and raised, however she does spend some time in her second home; New Orleans.

MOTHER: Princess Tiana

SPOUSE/PARTNER: N/A

THE ISLE: Nadina was raised by her mother and father, both of which have installed good morals into her. As such, she was raised with the understanding of a just justice system, and as such does not support the Isle.

MAGIC: Nadina has no opinion on the retirement of magic, mainly as she hasn’t really been raised around it so she doesn’t know what it was like before the retirment.

It was only time before Tiana and Naveen finally decided to settle down, especially after Tiana’s Palace really started to boom - even to the stage that she was able to expand outside of New Orleans. Both thought that having a family was the next logical step, something that soon was underfoot when Nadina was born to the pair, and she was most definitely underfoot.

Nadina was a highly active child who enjoyed music and when one could not find the young princess who was normally the best idea to check the bandstand. She was a handful for the royal couple, but despite this, the pair were delighted with their young daughter.

The older she became, it soon became clear that the young princess was just like both of her parents; the stubbornness and dedication of her mother, but the wild and free spirit of her father. She wasn’t ready to just settle down into the family business, nor was she ready to be another Princess.

When she was sent to Auradon Prep, she fewed this as her chance to forge a path for herself and be who she wanted to me.

THE ISLE: Tiana was raised in a world where a justice system and prisoners were a normal thing, despite there being some issues. Despite this, she doesn’t exactly approve of the Isle, at least how people were condemned to it. While certain people deserve to be there, there are some she doesn’t think were given a just trial. She also doesn’t think the children should be raised upon it, at least let them be raised in Auradon and may be adopted by someone who would love them.

MAGIC: Tia has no real opinion on magic, nor the retirement of it. She believes in hard work, though she doesn’t think someone should have a part of them ripped from them and told they can’t do it any more.

KINGDOM: Glinda was born in  Frottica, Pertha Hills, Gillikin located in Oz.

SPOUSE/PARTNER: Widowed, she was once married to Sir Chuffrey

CHILDREN: Aelphaba Upland

THE ISLE: Her opinion on the Isle is that it is wrong, she has seen how people can twist the truth - it happened to her friend Elphaba - so she cannot support this prosecution and banishment. Especially when you add in the factor there are innocent kids suffering as well, this hurts her as she knows they have done nothing wrong.

MAGIC: She does not support the retirement/banishment of magic, in all honesty, she doesn’t think cutting someone off from what is them is a good idea. Instead, it should be nurtured and the individual should be taught, not told to ignore who they are.

KINGDOM: She hails from the realm of Oz.

MOTHER: Glinda the Good

SPOUSE/PARTNER: Single

After the events which resulted in the death of her friend, Glinda did what she could to move on with her life. She had already been married, but the marriage had not resulted in any children. Wanting something good in her life, Glinda finally became pregnant and gave birth to a little girl who would be called Aelpheba - in honour of her friend. While it was known that Sir Chuffrey was not the father, Glinda’s daughter would never go unloved.

As Aelpheba was growing up, a lot of changed happened within OZ. While Oz never joined Auradon, and so the magic restriction was never forced upon the citizens, though there were talks about how some citizens had wanted the same rules enforced - no one wanted another wicked witch. In time Glinda would hand over the rule to Ozma once she returned, thankful to be finally stepping down from the prospect of ruling Oz.

With this change, Glinda was given the freedom to train Aelpheba in case the day would come when magic was needed and ensured her daughter knew not to use it for anything but good.

THE ISLE: The children of the Isle who not deserve to be there, they deserve a chance of having their own lives away from their parents. She strongly believes that they should not be punished for what their parents have done. However, she does think it should remain.

MAGIC: She comes from a Kingdom that still uses magic, one which she is thankful for. Having friends and those she cares about stripped of something which was apart of them, well it would weight heavily upon her.

The truth and what is believed are two different things, something that will haunt Avlynn at some point in her life. While many believe her a child of Queen Guinevere and King Arthur, there is a secret which was not been completely shared. Avlynn was actually born from the romantic liaisons between the beloved Queen and a Knight of the Round Table, Lancelot to be exact. Instead of coming clean, it was decided that Lancelot would not take claim of the child, instead, he would watch over her and make sure she was safe and loved.

That she was, Avlynn grew up within a home where she felt safe and loved. She didn’t need to want, she didn’t have to try hard to get attention from anyone. Instead, she flourished within the court, becoming enthralled with the various tales that were shared by the knights. Unlike what many expected, Avlynn never really developed a taste for adventure but an interest in magic. While she could not perform anything else, she invested her time in learning and understanding how it benefited the kingdom, as well as the people who used it.

MAGIC: She doesn’t think it should have been retired, but definitely not relied upon as the main source of all things wonderful.

TITLES: Goddess of Spring and Nature. Teacher at Auradon Prep.

KINGDOM: Kore belongs to the Earth, she has no set kingdom at this time.

Note: This version of Persephone was created for Disney/Descendants, as such she is not the wife of Hades unless someone wants to plot that out with me.

Kore has no opinions on much that has gone on, she has been sheltered by her mother who keeps her safe from anything that could harm her. As such she is not aware of the Isle, nor the retirement of magic unless otherwise plotted.

Long after the prevail of the Hercules, the fall of Hades, another story began. After what was deemed as an ideal amount of time of punishment, Zeus stepped in and pulled his brother free from the River Styx. He was restored to his rightful position, and despite his deeds, Hades was still permitted upon Olympus - after all, what god or goddess has not done wrong before? 

It was not long after this that he crossed paths with a young goddess who went by the name of Kore, the daughter of Diameter. Protected and sheltered, Kore was raised within a garden overseen by her mother. It was here she was raised away from others, the only beings she knew was the nymphs who were tasked in her protections and in assisting her with her tasks. Demeter adored her child, something that speared her protectiveness over her. She had seen what had become of the other gods, she had seen how twisted life had made them, so instead, she yearned to protect the innocence her daughter possessed.

Despite the opinion of those around them, the pair became close as Kore attempted to help Hades repent for what he had done, as well as help others see the good in him. In time their friendship became more, Hades began to court her. Of course, it was not easy as Diameter did not completely approve of the union.

After what seemed like years, Hades finally purposed to make Kore his wife, but this too came with its complications. It was agreed that Kore, who would change her name to Persephone upon her married, would spend 6 months on Olympus and the remainder within the Underworld. With the terms agreed upon, their marriage went ahead and the couple was happy for many years.

That was until Auradon was made until an elected king believed him above that of the gods. To avoid ill-will and to form a treaty with the mortals, Zeus agreed that Hades would be sent to the Isle of the Lost. Along with this agreement the fates were to turn over the sheers of the fates (which were put into the Museum), as well as turn over any other being who done ill onto others.

The day Hades was taken away was the day Persephone’s world shattered, the Goddess of Spring found herself broken as she found herself unable to do her duties. As such, for the first time in years, snow fell when spring was in full bloom. Feeling betrayed, as Zeus refused to listen to her, she retreated to the Underworld and took on her position of Queen fulltime. She created her own kingdom, a place of refuge for those who were feeling the prosecution of those of Auradon.

No one has been able to bully or threaten Persephone into turning anyone over, and she refuses to back down in fighting for the freedom of her Husband and those who have repented, those who do not belong on the Isle.

KINGDOM: Rowena comes from Camelot.

THE ISLE: Certain people deserve to be on the Isle, as such her family and her support this. Of course, Rowena also has her own opinion, her own beliefs. She doesn’t think everyone should be punished, even questioning the decisions made by those in power.

MAGIC: She has no active opinion on magic, she has two uncles who are dragons. DRAGONS. Why would she be opposed to magic in anyway?

It was many years after her quest that Kayley finally decided to settle down when she decided that maybe she wanted to have a life with Garrett. Of course, they started slow, courting first before they even decided to get married. It would be many more years after their marriage before they started a family, Rowena being their firstborn. She was given the freedom her mother once had while ensuring that nothing was pushed on her that she didn’t like - like her mother was with dresses.

Of course, the older she became, the clearer it was that she was interested in sword combat, something that she was taught under the tutelage of one of the Knights of the Round table. She would become a quick learner, also adding horsemanship to her rooster of skills. For many, it seemed she was on the road to follow her parents, but she had made it clear she wants to forge her own path for herself.

THE ISLE: Juliette really doesn’t think the Isle is the best idea anyone has had, nor does she think to allow all the Villains freedom a good one eight. She thinks there needs to be a just process to pardon those who are there while ensuring the dangerous ones remain where they are.

MAGIC: Magic is no bad, though it should not be depended upon. Magic brought together her parents, however, she really doesn’t think anyone should be able to restrict/retire/ban magic. It is apart of people, they should be allowed to do as they want - within reason.

Once upon a time, a Princess came to a land with no magic. Well, that’s a lie, it had plenty...People had just learned to ignore it. Giselle found her magic in Robert, the pair of them coming together and soon getting married. It was not long after that their family grew to have one more, a young girl who would be on her eldest sister’s tail until she was old enough to go off on her own.

Juliette was raised in a rather normal household, minus the enchanted singing and animals helping to clean up every now and then. Her father worked, her sister went to school and her mother raised her. Everything was fine, until a certain King decided that all the worlds needed to be united under one Kingdom. Somehow, Giselle and her family ended up relocated to the United States of Auradon, a place which they found a few struggles; Giselle was recognized as a princess, but her family was not recognized as royals.

As such, Juliette, Morgan and their father are often looked down upon when it comes to the royal scene. This was something Giselle did not like, so instead, she chose to give up her royal title and just focus on her family. Once she was of age, Juliette would attend Auradon Prep and would be deemed by many as a sidekick, something she doesn’t care. For extra pocket money, she works as a waitress on the side, while ensuring her grades remain decent.

KINGDOM: William was born within his parent’s Kingdom known as Olacus. It is not apart of the United Kingdoms of Auradon.

Many know of the story of the Swan Princess, the young girl who was taken from her family and turned into a swan. Of course, as many do, there was a happy ending and from that came a young cygnet who would be named William - in honour of her late father. William is the pride and joy of his family, especially when it comes to his grandmother. She spoils him rotten, making sure he could never want. 

As he grew older, it was clear that the risk of what his mother and father had been through was still all too real, as such his parents formed a treaty with the local United States of Auradon. The agreement was that they would offer assistance when needed, in return his parents would trade any needed resources. Along with this treaty came a new path for William, one which led him to Auradon Prep.

Unlike many of his contemporaries, he struggles with the concept that he is a royal and so he above others. He often prefers to be among the sidekicks, liking the normalcy of this life to his royal one. Also, unlike those around him, he has no opinion on what effects the citizens of Auradon.

KINGDOM: Vaiana doesn’t have a kingdom, but she has a people. Her home is wherever her family is, that is the voyager way.

THE ISLE: Regardless of who they are and what they have done, no one should be trapped upon an Island without a choice. Like her mother, Vaiana does not believe that the Isle should be in existence.

MAGIC: No mortal should have control of something which would be deemed as something gifted by the gods, as such she does not agree or support the retirement/banishment of magic.

Vaiana was born on the sea, her family and people travelling from place to place, always remembering where they came from. She was one of a few children born to Moana, one of the youngest and the first daughter to be born. She never knew what it meant to be stationary, always accustomed to the life of a voyager upon the high seas. As she grew older she watched as her brothers slowly started to leave, heading off into the seas with their own group, promising to return one day.

The days neared when soon it would be Vaiana’s turn, however, things soon changed. The voyagers who had left with her brothers soon returned, telling tales of how their brave leads had been lost during a battle upon the sea - staying behind to ensure their people were safe. Vaiana was devastated at the news, refusing to believe that they were dead as so many were muttering around her.

Moana, as a way to appease her daughter who was eager to go find her brothers, sent Vaiana to Auradon Prep (an allied Kingdom) with the notion that she needed to educate herself before she could face anything. It wasn’t long until she began to realize that the truth was that she was sent away to protect her, to keep her from rushing off without thinking. With this now in mind, Vaiana finds herself struggling between what she should do, and what her mother wants.

KINGDOM: Lancelot was born within the Kingdom of  Gaul, however, he would later come to Camelot which would become his home.

THE ISLE: Lancelot has no opinion on the Isle of the Lost, believing that is of no interest to Camelot. If you actively push, he will probably state that he would want to know more about how the trials were done and if they were fair.

MAGIC: He isn’t a fan of magic, having been on the negative end of it a few times. Despite that, he doesn’t think anyone should have a say what someone can and cannot do - within reason.

King Bran and his beloved wife Queen Elaine were the beloved monarchs of Gaul, a fair monarchy who did everything for their people. From this union came Lancelot, a young babe who would never really know who his parents were. During a battle, both his father and uncle would be murdered another king. With her husband dying in her arms, Elaine gave up her son to the Lady of the Lake knowing that she to would die within the coming weeks.

Lancelot was raised within the magical realm by the Lady of the Lake, growing up to be a fine young man with a good understanding of how things were meant to be. Once he came of age, he became known as the White Knight and would leave the magical realm with his adoptive mother’s blessing, and a ring which allowed no magic to bewitch him. He would go on many adventures, though his story would settle in Camelot when he became an active member of the Round Table.

TITLES: Advisor of King Arthur

KINGDOM: Where he came from is unknown, however, Merlin acknowledges Camelot as his home.

MOTHER: Unknown

SPOUSE/PARTNER: Single, though it should be noted he has had a few lovers.

CHILDREN: Nimue (with the Lady of the Lake) and potentially others.

THE ISLE: Merlin does not support the Isle of the Lost, nor does he support King Adam and any who follow him. The whole purpose of his quest and vision was to find the one true king, so he supports Arthur a whole lot more than a beast. The Isle should not exist, it is only going to cause more problems in the long run.

MAGIC: No one should have ultimate control over magic, no one should have a say what happens to it. Magic is magic, it is its own entity with its own wants. Magic is within the ground, within each individual. Retiring it/Banishing it is like pretending it's not there. In the something will happen and people will get hurt.

THE ISLE: The issues of Auradon had not been ignored within Camelot, but it is also something she cannot fully put her focus upon. If you ask her about her opinion on the matter, she will advise you that the issue is that of Auradon’s concern and while they appreciate they have taken some of those who have caused them issues, the Isle is a minor issue on many that Camelot must handle.

MAGIC: Camelot is pro-magic, and as such she supports the use of magic. The restriction only causes issues, those who have it must be able to learn how to use it properly before someone gets hurt.

THE ISLE: At the start, Audrey had no opinion on the Isle of the Lost. It was something that was more important to their parents, so why worry? When Ben wanted to bring some of the VKs from the Isle, she found herself trying her best to support him but she also thought it was possible he was making a mistake, opening them up to danger. Once Mal and her friends arrived she struggled, initially hating them and believing the Isle was just...of course that started to change, she started to think maybe she was wrong until she was wronged. Now she isn’t sure what she thinks, but she knows she cannot support the VKs.

MAGIC: Magic is bad, that was what her grandmother had drilled into her and so she actively believes this. Allowing magic to be freely used will just end up with someone being cursed, someone wanting more power. She does not think anyone should have that power, especially anyone who could potentially harm the innocents of Auradon.
