        On Monday you can head on over to the Serpent’s bar for drinks and their weekly Karaoke contest.  You get 1/2 drinks for one hour if you sign up to be part of the competition.  What’s the prize? Bragging rights of course, and what’s better than that.  If you are more of the type who would like to take in a show, the 15-18 year Mountlake Terrace will be performing Romeo and Juliet.  History buff? Then do we have a recommendation for you! Taquero Mucho’s Trivia night will deal with Wix History.  The winning team will get a 10 Dragots 6 Sprinks 21 Frinz gift card ( $50 USD ). We know how hard it can be coming from a nonmagic community. If you or someone you love is struggling we suggest the weekly No-Maj Wix Support Group that meets at E.L.’s house in the North Haven District. If you are single and ready to mingle odds are you will be present at the Golden Hawk’s Singles night located in the Old Tappin District. The weekend holds a more wholesome set of events.  On Saturday, the North Haven District will be holding their bi-monthly Family Fun Day.  It is open to all families in the area, not just those who reside within the district.  Finally, on Sunday, the Blackhallow district will be having their weekly Flea Market. If you’d like to have a booth, please make sure you contact the district’s information hall for further details.

NYC Gala: Best & Worst Dressed

THE WORST

5. Is this a Wedding? Ej Leventhorpe ( @thornhcart )

Now, by most standards, EJ looked wonderful. But you can’t tell me that this outfit was missing the most vital part: wedding bells. This isn’t a wedding, girl! I’m exhausted just looking at it, I can’t imagine how EJ felt. Perhaps she was planning on apparating to Las Vegas after the event; that’s all that could explain this choice to me.

4. There’s such a thing as too simple. Ingrid Wilkinson-Stone ( @adxmantinc )

Now, don’t get me wrong, I’m here for a cold shoulder. But, this is just a yawn. The mixed textures BARELY register on the stale white. 

3. Thrifty, but not that nifty. Cressida Malfoy ( @fidelius-x )

 This is not the WORST thing we’ve ever seen, but apart from a somewhat pretty print, is it really worth your time? I don’t think so. I definitely expected better!

2. Well tailored but unremarkable. Max Somchair Charoensuk ( @mcxhq )

It fits well, sure. And, listen, I appreciate that. But honestly, it’s not a look. The whole thing is so casual, and takes no risks. Yawn, yawn.

1. HONESTLY. Cole Dean ( @colejdean )

 It’s a red blazer over a black tee shirt. Are you KIDDING? What even was the idea here? And don’t get me started on that hair cut. But, I guess this isn’t his area. But, undoubtedly, the worst outfit of the night.

5. Black and sparkles? Yes, please. Kenina Ross ( @kcninas )

Oh my God, that silhouette. The black and the sparkles are absolutely incredible, and the bodice is beautifully designed. She’s here to steal your man, or your wand, either way, I suggest you give it to her.

4. Soft and sweet! Manal Ollerton ( @adxmantinc )

An off the shoulder moment? The soft tulle ruffles? The exquisite shawl? Yes, all over. Yes. She was an absolute dream in this soft mauve moment, and I have to say, I am very here for this. She took a risk, and it definitely paid off.

3. Sparkly Nude Illusions for DAAAAYS! Nova Love ( @spcekiid )

Legs! Legs! Legs! I have to say, I love a fashion risk, and this was a big old risk. It’s absolutely stunning, down to the floor. The sparkles dragging after her - yes, she worked it.

2. Stoned to the heavens! Linden Gonzales ( @lindenslinens )

The silhouette of this garment is incredible, along with the structure and design. We love the gloved moment! The main reason this isn’t the top of our list is that waist. We have to admit, it makes us a bit uncomfortable. However, it only accentuates the silhouette of this expertly crafted garment, of course, designed by themselves.

 1. Body ody ody! Kamilah Grover ( @fidelius-x )

The cut, the stoning? It’s absolutely beautiful in every regard. We love the whole piece, and the way it accentuates her curves. The silhouette is just PERFECTLY suited to her body. I have to say it’s absolutely incredible. This was, not surprisingly, designed by Linden Gonzales as well, did you expect anything less?
