I play GW2 since release and enjoy wandering through Tyria with all my characters.

i hope anet continues with the idea that map events lead to the meta, instead of relying on a timer system.

GW1 (2005) // GW2 (2017)
Elon Riverlands (Part 1)
Ancient pillars leading the way to the Hall of Ascension might be the least changed area of the entire game. It was old and weathered when we first found it, and it remains so. A couple of centuries is not much difference for the marked pilgrimage route and its high-walled destination.
The hall itself is part Branded, as are the riverlands to the east. Josso Essher, a Forgotten who developed the ritual that freed Glint from Kralkatorrik’s control and dedicated himself to guarding her legacy, remains in the hall as a Branded champion, turned to Kralkatorrik’s will after dedicating his life to the rebellion against him.
The Flameseeker Prophecies, predictions of times yet to pass made by Glint after her unshackling, are protected in the hall.
“Yet again, I must ask: why is this simple decryption task taking you so long?” “Responding—to—incessant—queries—interrupts—decryption—progress.” “Ah. So as usual, this is somehow my fault?” “Please—clarify: is—that—another—query?”
