If the gods are good

A happier, totally tinfoil, utterly unlikely (given how they’ve written Dany this season) possibility for Episode 5:

Dany is pregnant (she didn’t seem to be drinking this episode; she raised her cup but never drank from it) and reveals it to Jon.

Even more unlikely and fluffy, that Prince of Dorne character we heard about in 8x04 comes to Dragonstone to court Dany, try to marry her (allegedly there was some casting news about him and some photos of the actor though I haven’t seen this personally, just heard it), and Jon is there, Dany’s considering marrying the Dornish prince because, why the fuck not? Jon rejected her and can’t seem to get over the fact that she’s his aunt.

But then, seeing another man trying to marry her, Jon realizes he doesn’t care and that he loves her and asks her to marry him. That they can join their claims to the throne through marriage so no one could question Dany’s being Queen.

Varys doesn’t like this, doesn’t want them to marry so tries to tear them apart, maybe even tries to kill Dany, and so Jon kills Varys for attempted murder.

why isn’t anyone bringing up a marriage proposal between Jon and Dany to get this ruling and family loyalty bullshit out of the way instead of trying to make unnecessary drama between the two houses
