Nepotism-The Nature’s Call

Nepotism has been the most debated topic these days whether you are in drawing room or hanging out with group of people outside home, saloon to elite society everywhere intentionally or unintentionally this topic comes around and joins the debate. The topic of discussion may vary from politics to Bollywood or  corporate but the bottom point of the topics mostly remains same Nepotism. And people are being branded as Leftist or Right winger depending upon the side they choose in discussing Nepotism.

Recently Nepotism in Bollywood was among most discussed topic in Indian society that was especially due to Sushant’s Suicide/Murder case. It is yet to be concluded by CBI whether Sushant Singh Rajput was murdered or he committed suicide, but Nepotism exists in Bollywood this has already been concluded. Some people are portraying as if Nepotism is as bad as Terrorism, what they skip is the fact that every parent likes to secure his child's future. Everyone of us has the same mentality and this is quiet natural not just in human but in every living being this idea of securing there young one’s future exists and that is what has led us to evolve. From the phase where human is just a sperm has to fight & struggle for its existence and this struggle continues till he dies. Sometime our parents helps us in our struggle, only if they are capable enough and thereby making our life easier and this small help from our parents is called Nepotism by the society.

If a person is a big business Man and has a well established business in the market then there is no reason for him to ask his son/daughter to fight in the market and start from zero. Why? Of Course he will directly appoint his son/daughter as his CEO or Pressident,similarly a politician will use his power to make his son a leader,We have an example in India where a party President has been trying for almost a decades to establish her Son as National Leader although she has not yet succeeded but there is no wrong in this, absolutely fair act.Same applies for the Bollywood.Not just in Bollywood,Politics or corporates this principle is followed by the middle class peoples too.A small shop or store/business/schools or institution  are handed over to there childrens only.

Nepotism is by default programmed in us by mother nature, it cannot be avoided and being fare it should not be avoided.Every parent will do best for there child.Who are others to interfere or Question?As a society we should only check whether it has been done with legitimate process or not.Rest all should be left to public,whether person is good actor /businessman/ politician let the public decide.
