stcrryknights:
IF anything the situation was unfortunate. Kravchenco was always a step ahead but this, this one went a little bit too far. Strike team. Raptor One. All gone, now under his command. And it was driving Weaver insane. So much he would drown his sorrow in scotch or vodka every night, despite Carver’s attempts to keep him away from the drink.
On Strike team’s side, things were equally unfortunate. Naga was only listening to Stitch lately, money and feelings speak louder and he was having both from the man. But here he was now, trapped with someone close to Adler, who he also shared a small past with and two of his old friends. Bored to death, without his temple dogs around. Oh if only they were here… As the door opened, Naga’s body moved to the side, head leaning to the left, like a snake that sensed it’s prey “Oh you better give me something entertaining.” were his words, pure anger in his voice. Now he had a reason to hate Kravchenco as much as Vikhor does.

Stone raised his eyebrows. His cell was the last in the row, thank God close to the wall and next to Ingo’s. He doubted he would have kept the little amount of stable mentality he has left if that wasn’t the case. “Oh look at that. You are actually planning to use us? Real shocker, right Beck? Piss off ya wanker…” he had no patience remaining to keep things peaceful between him and the man in front of him. He was nobody pawns and certainly not his. But if this really is a way out for all of them, especially him and Ingo, he would take it.
“Makes sense in all honesty. We’re more of a unit then his Omega hounds.” Beck snickered “Like...how many of his people he must of lost at Outpost 25 and the Ural Mountains....?” There was a brow twitch from Kravchenko who said nothing but it was business as per usual for him as he paced the cells with some guards covering him
“At least we work to understand what we’re up against, except for you all. Bludgeoning, killing and smashing things you have very little understanding of.” he countered
“Dude....how about you skip to the part where you tell us exactly what the fuck you want?” Sims huffed. The toying nature of Kravchenko ebbed away as he walked to Sims’ cage to stare him down
“Bring in their pilot.” Kravchenko ordered to his Omega Men. Shortly one came back with a surprise to the Requiem Strike team. Their pilot ‘Raptor 1′ was alive, but he looked like shit.
“Hey guys...I see you all got the Presidential Suite....” the pilot joked as he coughed up some blood from the interrogations that had happened prior.

Fragile Alliance (Sims and Naga)
@stcrryknights
The dark cell became something of a familiarity to Lawrence Sims after his team’s capture in the Ural Mountains roughly about a year ago by Omega Group, the KGB’s secret organization that was dealing with this threat of the Undead and other Unholy creatures from a plane of existence known as the Dark Aether.
Sims wasn’t a scientist nor was he well versed in Quantum Physics, but that wasn’t what he was tasked for within NATO’s own secret group, Requiem, whos operational control was run by Grigori Weaver who answered to ‘The Director’ a person so secretive that only ones with the right clearance could known who he or she was. The Strike Teams were unconventional too, ranging from Mercenaries, Defectors and Joint Work with other agencies that were Ex-Warsaw Pact. Glancing over into the Cell on Sims’ left, was the Mercenary and Gun Runner called ‘Naga’, a known Perseus asset but a Mercenary through and through and would work for one Helluva paycheck and from what was whispered through the grapevine, it sounded like Naga was offered a paycheck to retire once this job was done.
As captured agents, they were forced and conscripted to do Omega’s work in the Outbreak Zones, listening to orders from Lev Kravchenko and hearing that bastard Peck gleefully tease them from the radio. But nowadays it sounded like something else was brewing. Next to Naga’s cell was Ingo Beck, another agent brought on mostly because of his experience in Europe and was a guide for them to Poland
Beck was about to speak the door seem to open and in walked Kravchenko himself flanked by armed guards.
“Rise and shine, Requiem. I have a task for you.” he said

@becomelions Well this was a right shit-show now wasn’t it? Roman ‘Knight’ Gray found himself in the strangest of places when he landed smack dab in the middle on the SATO warship ‘Retribution’ fighting for a cause he really didn’t believe in as a punishment for his Dishonorable Crimes. But, there was the chance for violence and violence was something he was good at be it Earthborn people or Martians. What was gonna make or break his ‘sentence’, was the Lieutenant in charge of his leash. Now where’s this sod, Reyes at anyways? He brushed shoulders with a SATO Marine earlier that was from Ireland, but the kid seemed like he was still green as a peapod.

"Personally I would like that. Maybe afterwards we can bug out of this shit place....it really sucks. This place was nice, you know? The city wasnt a bad city." Nikolai sighed before checking over his AS-VAL "Two places I have yet to check involve the Docks and the Gulag itself. I say we start at the Docks and go from there. You with me?"
dxtycalls.
Nikolai let out a relieved sigh before turning to see the Fugitive Austrian. It seems there was still some people from Chimera that were loyal enough, or at least appearing to be loyal enough that they would grant him at least a chance or a moment “Price took care of his mission and is dealing with some Shipwreck off the coast of Verdansk, and frankly, now I have my own personal one. Flaying and skinning the govnjuk that stabbed us all in the back and sold us out to Zakhaev.” Nikolai said to him “Have you seen Yegor at all?”
“ i have heard of the ship. whatever is going on, it’s huge. ” nothing he’s overly concerned with personally, his focus is on killing anyone in his way, & getting the hell out of verdansk the moment the opportunity arises. however long that may take. sebastian shrugs broad shoulders, weapon lowering as he allows his guard to drop, even just a little.
“ i would like to say i have, but i have not seen any of the team in some time. i have searched the boneyard, along with the hills, but with no luck. if that is your intended mission, alongside your other goals, i will gladly accompany you ━━ if you would like that, ( sir ). ”

//And with that, we’re now officially in 1984 Verdansk. Part 2 was actually a little underwhelming in the first half of it. Turns into a round of ‘Oddball’ from Halo where WE the player had to nuke Verdansk. I officially have no idea where this Verdansk storyline goes after this for Modern Warfare, but holy fuck we’re thrown into 1984 Verdansk and Stitch’s plan is to basically do to the World what Dragovich did to Mason in Black Ops 1.

Verdansk Has Fallen – RICO-W to Assume Communication Efforts
MISSION LOCATION: Rebirth Island
MISSION START (PT): 14:00 (2:00 p.m.) – 21 April
MISSION PARAMETERS: Infiltrate, Secure, and Investigate Rebirth Island
Operators,
We can confirm that as of 14:00 on the 21st of April, 2021, Verdansk has fallen.
Repeat: Verdansk has fallen.
Additionally, Armistice Central Command has ceased operations and cannot be contacted.
Due to this catastrophic series of events, all Operators must re-route their infiltration efforts to Rebirth Island; this combat zone is now hotter than we have ever seen it in our five months of deployment here.
Operational procedures are being put in place as RICO-W oversees Command and Control communications. We will, to the best of our ability, keep field operatives updated with future orders.
All said, our initial field reconnaissance teams are currently investigating the DZ for information regarding the recent Containment Protocol failure. Operators planning to infiltrate should assist with these efforts. ---- Holy shit-

Basic Rundown of what’s happened in Verdansk: MISSION LOCATION: Verdansk, Kastovia MISSION START (PT): 11:45 (11:45 a.m.) – 21 April MISSION PARAMETERS: On your feet, soldier – we are leaving. “History is written by the victor. Bring down one enemy and they find someone even worse to replace him.” – Unknown Operators, The above quote should ring true for us today, as in less than an hour, you will be launching the most massive coordinated effort that Operation Rapid Sunder has ever seen. Over the past year of our Operation, we had our differences and disputes. Over the past year of our Operation, we made errors and even lost some objectives. Indeed, over the past year of our Operation, there were even some “friendly fire” incidents. But this is the same task force that infiltrated Verdansk day in and day out, whether it be on the brightest days or the cover of night. This is the same task force that swayed the mercenary Shadow Company from our enemies to our fellow Operators. This is the same task force that overcame the nightmares of October 2020.And this is the task force that saved the world from evil once before. It’s time to do it again. To the Operators active in Verdansk, we must honor the spirits of our fallen squadmates and bring them justice, no matter what host these parasites have taken over. Your official order: give ‘em hell and get out. Now, execute the [[REDACTED]] mission. MISSION LOCATION: Verdansk, Kastovia MISSION START (PT): 12:00 (12:00 p.m.) – 21 April MISSION PARAMETERS: Deploy to Verdansk Immediately You have your orders, Operators. Begin infiltrating Verdansk and saving those who are still within the DZ, as well as yourselves. We know you are outnumbered, out-armed, and out of options against this contamination, as resources are expected to be scarce within Verdansk. Survive at all costs against the threats that remain, no matter the odds. We are counting on you to execute the mission. IMMEDIATE ORDERS FOR VERDANSK MISSION LOCATION: Verdansk, Kastovia MISSION START (PT): 12:45 (12:45 p.m.) – 21 April MISSION PARAMETERS: NULL Nuke it all. --END TRANSMISSION-- MISSION LOCATION: Rebirth Island MISSION START (PT): 13:00 (1:00 p.m.) – 21 April MISSION PARAMETERS: Re-Establish Contact With Verdansk – Radiation Spike Recorded Calling all Operators. This is Rebirth Island Comms Outpost Whiskey broadcasting on all emergency channels. We have just lost contact with Armistice Central Command in Verdansk following a massive spike in radiation. We apologize for breaking decorum… But anyone know what the hell just happened?
