It is needle felting! I wet felt after to keep them in place though!

Not sure if you're still taking skits, but I was thinking for your Frank puppet, you could do something with The very hungry Caterpillar book and have frank comment that Howdy would try to sell the fruits it eats and make comments on how he struggles to buy groceries, because his jokes are too complex for Howdy, lol

The only characters who can be on screen are Eddie and Frank! You’re encouraged to include other characters but them must somehow be off screen!

No wally ship content! (This is a personal preference so sorry)
