After a moment, he began to laugh, softly, without any true humor. When he spoke, he didn't lift his gaze from the floor.

"So den he run into a small girl who need help. An' he does help 'er. An' she turns into dis wonderful woman, Storm. Storm invited him ta join a team a people wit' abilities like his. But e'en when he get dere, Remy an outcast, nobody trust him. An' jes when dat was changin', guess what happen?

"Stormy kill Wolverine. An' e'eryone he know start dyin' left an' right o' jes' goin' off an' doin' dey own t'ing. So now all Remy got is Kitty. An' all Remy need is kitty.
