To refresh, Leo’s stuck in a perpetually 16, perpetually hurt body - aka, what his body’s state was in when he entered the Prison Dimension. He escaped, but this “side effect” won’t leave him, much to his annoyance.

The bros are just So Happy to have him back after six whole years, but it was definitely a shock to Leo to see his family so much older looking. (Likewise, it was a shock to see Leo looking so young.)
