In honour of 30k here’s another transformation!!

On the left: me summer of my freshman year of college (summer 2016). At that point I had completed 1 round of BBG and was confused as to why I didn’t look better. The answer was my diet. I ate like crap, didn’t do LISS and ended up putting on weight during the BBG guide. At this point I weighed about 132 lbs

On the right: me 2 weeks ago! 33 weeks into bbg (on my 3rd round) focusing a lot on getting all my workouts in, and eating healthy!! Even though this photo doesn’t showcase my new found ab lines I weigh around 117 pounds and have never been in a better place mentally or physically! What this comparison has taught me about bettering my body/self is that there is a lot more then just the physical activity side. What you eat does matter, simply activity like LISS does matter and every choice you make, no matter how small plays a part in your journey!!

Taking a Break

i’m sorry i’m a little bit late, but i went on a student work and travel thing in Germany and didn’t really have that much internet, but anyways hiiiiiiiii!! my name’s Gorde, i’m 20 years and i’m starting my third year of college in a couple of days. i’m studying electronic business and it’s not as fun as i thought it would be. i like to binge-watch tv shows and listen to the same playlist until i fully get bored of it. i want to try new things, like paragliding, so cool hehe, and travel even more than this past year.
