thank you thank you so much!! i can’t help but express how much you and kelly have inspired me to make my fankids and feel welcome into this small part of the fandom! i’ve always wondered what the children of my main shippings would look like and how they would be as characters, but i was never brave enough to show them bc i felt like fankids usually get frowned upon, but seeing how much dedication and time you guys have put into it and how you weren’t afraid to show how awesome and developed your characters were, i couldn’t help but finally establish and show off my own! i can’t thank you enough and i’m so happy you like my kids!!

POKEMON FANKID BLOGS SIGNAL BOOSTING!!

So, as many of you who follow my blog know, there are fewer things I love more than Pokemon and fankids! And the Pokemon fandom has one of the most wonderful fankid sub-fandoms I’ve ever been apart of! There are so many wonderful blogs on Tumblr that focus around Pokemon fankids that I highly suggest everyone checks out!

@tryc-fankids​ is run by one of my good buddies, @theroadyouchoose​!! Her and I talk about fankids all the time, and I can only speak the world of them! Her fankids are all such dimensional characters, and she posts a lot of really fun and cool content for them like in-depth profiles, trainer cards, and more! She has a lot of fankids, but each one is so different from the other that you’re never seeing the same thing twice!!

@pkmn-nextgenheroes has some super unique fankids! All of the profiles that they’ve posted as so in-depth, and I really enjoy reading them! It feels like every fankid has a backstory to follow and strong relationships with other characters (both parents and other fankids), and I really like that a lot! I really hope to see more from this blog soon!!

@pkmnnovareset is a really fun fankid blog! The mod is always posting about the silly experiences that her fankids have in headcanon posts, as well as giving neat content like playlists and wonderful art! I can definitely tell there’s more to this story though with some darker undertones, so I look forward to seeing the full story emerge!

@thepkmntrainersofthefuture has adorable fankids! All of their designs are super cute and offer a wide range of variety and diversity! The mod does a lot of drawing, which I feel portrays what all of the characters are like very strongly! It makes it a really enjoyable blog to follow!!

There are also some newer blogs that I’ve seen pop up in the tag such as @thecaptains-crew and @whats-ahead!! Both have fankids with such wonderful designs and great potential!! So give them some support!!

I think I got everyone, and I apologize greatly if I missed anyone! If I did miss anybody then please let me know or reblog this post to promote them! :D I love fankids a lot, and all of these people work so, so, hard to make interesting and unique fankids!!
