Concerning Tumblr’s latest fuckery
Considering tumblr is no longer a safe or permanent archive anymore, I’m going to do something I should have done a long time ago, which is archive the contents of this blog - fic, meta et al on AO3.
However, there are some logistical problems with this. Some of you have sent in fic on this account that I’ve loved and published - notably under the events I ran for submitting fic regarding Grindelwald’s war and the history of anti-imperialism in the wizarding world. I would like to have this archived on ao3 (some of these fics are my faves) BUT I also don’t want to trample feet regarding authorial credit
Therefore, if you’ve written fic you’ve submitted here please do let me know - either through the ask box or through IMs/asks on my personal blog @tobermoriansass OR by sending me an email (if you don’t want to go through either of these) on [email protected] so we can work out how to archive these fics - or if you don’t want to archive them, let me know, so I can skip those fics entirely.
The current ideas I have in mind are:
I create a collection under the pomo potter pseud and you can post your fics to your account and then add them to the collection, with a note in your end notes saying “this fic was originally submitted to thepostmodernpottercompendium at [insert link]”
I post the fic through my pomo potter pseud and add you as a co-author
If you don’t have an ao3, I post it through the pomo potter pseud and credit you in the summary itself - i.e. “this fic was originally submitted to thepostmodernpottercompendium by xyz” and a link added in the beginning notes, going to the published ficlet.
Unfortunately, I don’t know that images are going to be archived along with this so that is definitely going to disappear. This is unfortunate but wyd.
Anyway, like I said: if you ever submitted something to this blog and have views on how you want these pieces to be archived, hmu on my personal @tobermoriansass, through the ask box here (not IM, I won’t get email notifs so I won’t see your message whereas I will if you send a message in through the ask box), or email me at [email protected]
This post will be reblogged several times in the next week from the queue.
Cheers!

Cheers!
