Let me give you a little background on the concept...

The Infinity Gauntlet was something that Thanos carried for a good part of the time, capable of altering reality and the other powers of the gem, when together it is capable of erasing beings from existence and even kill cosmic entities ( from what I saw according to what they showed in the comics on some websites ). In the movie Avengers: Infinity War, Thanos snapped his fingers and decimated half the universe, which is why it became a kind of famous meme, but in the comics Thanos was able to defeat many cosmic entities at the same time with the gauntlet ( in reality, they are gloves according to the comics ).

This blog is heavily inspired by @burningradqueers.
