okay, so some of you may be wondering, "what the hell is the psychosis pipeline?"

Well, sit back and grab some snacks, and let the owner of this account explain

So for context, the psychosis pipeline is meant to be similar to the concept of the puppet pipeline, which is meant to be a sort of swapswap and beyond for underswap, except applied to deltarune, and supposedly of higher quality.

However, the way the psychosis pipeline works is that it's applied to undertale, from which the pipeline's concept derived from, this time using Dusttale as the basis, with a more complicated method for progression.

rather than just swapping back and forth with the characters, the purpose of the Psychosis Pipeline is that of becoming evermore tragic with every step further from UNDERTALE's canonical storyline.

Enough context, let's get into what starts this pipeline:

Promised & Dusttale

Obviously, you guys should know what UNDERTALE is. If you're not an UNDERTALE fan, then why are you here?

Promised (the 1st image here) is a pretty self-explanatory AU for those who have played UNDERTALE. It was made as a part of the whole "Ainavol" trend, but had a solid premise where sans would've broken his promise regardless of the route... an official game was created by AleAtorio3_, mainly to capitalize on the meme surrounding it, but it was pretty solid.

Some of you might know what Dusttale (The image shown below Promised) is, some of you may not, but a proper explanation is in order; Dusttale is an alternate universe created by @ask-dusttale, a Korean fan-novel about a more tragic story where sans had remembered the events of UNDERTALE's Merciless route (also known as Genocide by the community). Sans ends up eventually going insane, but is able to hold onto some of his rational thought, leading to him becoming a murderer who's motive is clear; deplete the fallen human of their resources and become stronger in the progress. He doesn't find joy in this, only a sense of closure for everyone... Notably, sans is obviously not his usual self in this AU, due to the circumstances that would've usually lead to nothing new.

The detail that this pipeline is concerned with is the brutality that Dusttale implies, which is what mainly drives it. With every step going forwards, the AUs placed in order are either a step back from or forth into madness.
