Me, myself and I

Hey there! Yeah you, the one looking at my blog. If you ever get a chance to spend some time with me, you probably would be laughing 80% of the time. No! It is not because my life is a joke... Well, maybe some part of it is, hahaha; but it is because I am the joke teller among my friends, some jokes are so “cold” that I saw many eyes flipped on my jokes. By that you may assume that I am a talkative person, well I am! Why do you think I study PR for. My friends are all immune to my “cold” jokes, 99% of the time when I tell them a joke, they would all just purposely ignore them or laugh in an extremely sarcastic way.

Oh yeah, by the way, if you have not noticed yet, I am studying PR. Not in pizza recognition, but in public relations even though I do really like pizza, yummy.

Talking about my jokes and food, it reminds me of one time not too long ago......

Yeah, that’s me, a second before a disaster is about to happen. Me and my friends were at a boba milk tea shop chilling and relaxing at night. The waiter handed out our drinks and told us to shake well before you drink. 

Then I had this brilliant idea to shake my boba tea like I was the greatest bartender in the world. Of course, my friends took out her phone and recorded it (who won’t when the greatest bartender is about to perform some mind-blowing tricks). 

Well, let us just say that it is not a bright idea to shake the fragile boba plastic cup like a DIAMOND HARD STEEL SHAKER that a bartender used to mix up a drink. Kinda as expected, my drink exploded all over the place, even spilled some on my phone. And one of my friends managed to take a video on the whole process, even the reaction of my good looking face as well.

That night, I thought that it would be a fantastic idea to edit the video as a meme and post it on Facebook. Links down below if any of you are interested (please do like and share the post <3)

Out of my expectation, it got over 1000 views in the first 2 days. After that, the view count, as well as shares and comments, skyrocketed. In just 12 days, the post reached 100k views with over 2.5k shares. 

Well, that is Facebook for you. All of us share and view memes and funny videos there. You know, this small achievement that me and my friends made had actually inspired us to create a Youtube channel and post funny videos online. It is like finding a new purpose in boring school life. We plan to film pranks, funny interviews, and memes there. And with the social connection between my friends and me, I am certain we can have a small bit of audience to start with.

Now, this will surely put my PR skills to the test, all the stuff I learned beforehand such as some basic computing, editing, and writing are to be put to the test when our Youtube channel is created. Lots of video and photo editing, writings as well as the usage of my social skills are going to be quite useful. 

At first, when I start studying PR, I had no clue what I am going to do after I graduate... But now, I found myself quite interested in being an online influencer of some sort, I have big plans on my Youtube channel, gaming, pranks, and memes are definitely on my list of video categories.
