Last Wednesday I met Sage Francis, he was just excited to see me as I was to see him. I've been conversing with him online since I was 15 years old, and have even drawn up some artwork for him and his blog. He pushed past a couple people who were trying to get pictures and autographs to come give me a giant bear hug. While we were hugging I said "You remember me?" and he responded "Of course." When I left he turned to my friends and asked them if they knew me. He told them that he loves me and that I am a cool person. I went back into the building to use the bathroom and there he was standing alone in the lobby. I talked to him, even though he could barely speak after his amazing performance, about his cats and we snapped this picture together. Sage is truly a great man and very loyal to his fans. Words cannot express the happiness I felt that night, to finally meet and exchange words & hugs with one of my biggest heroes.

Anxious Shiver
Back at it. The inevitability of my hands typing again and again. Trembling energy from the tips. I will not get sucked into the night sky. Not tonight. This vertigo comes in waves. Under the weather. Pushing forward, checking the clock. Time controls you. Continue to breath, blink, eat, shit, fuck, sleep. Continue to dream, believe, create, love. Everything is passing by. Day by day by day by day. How frighteningly pointless it is. To be human.
