Online ordering

I should be able to discontinue a service I ordered online. If I can order the service via the internet I should be able discontinue the service via the internet. I do not see why I should have to go through the automated system and then be transferred to a live person just to modify or change my service plan. The only reason for this onerous process is the company wants to make it difficult for you to make changes, this is just blatantly wrong.

Commercial tire technician mandatory reporting

When a semi truck comes in for a repair, and the technician see's something that is completely unsafe for instance wheel bearings that are worn out to the point the wheel assembly is no longer safe to roll. Or s-cams and slack adjusters that are no longer attached to the trailer. The technician should be requiredby law to report the condition instead of the driver being able to sign a waiver, and free to go. I say this because it isn't if the wheel assembly comes off it is when. I would hate for that wheel end assembly to strike my vehicle or any one close to me, and if the unthinkable happens that waiver is not gonna comfort me in the least. Tire and lube shops need to be accountable just the same as the trucking companies in the event of a wheel off or an accident involving something that was preventable.

Reality Law

There should be a law that prohibits people from viewing real-estate without a realtor present with them. We live out in the country. There is an old house on our side of the creek that is on the market. We have had all kinds of shady-looking characters in and out at all times of the day. I believe some are just scouting my area while they're at it. Yes, there should be a law to keep people from viewing real-estate on their own.

There should be a law that would require a channel to make known in some manner that the viewer will be subjected to X amount of advertisements during the program that they are going to view. This would give the consumer the chance to not watch a program that would be high in ad content and opt to view another program that would be lesser or one that would be a better viewing choice for the number ads per program.
