Me and my stuffie fam just can’t wait to welcome Morris in our hug 🥹❤️ I can feel he’ll be a very special member of it, and a good friend for years to come.

Morris! I've never felt this emotional saying goodbye to a stuffed animal adopted from our shop. But as I said the other day, Morris is pretty special. Belonging to my mom, Morris began his life in Canada over 25 years ago. Now he's heading to his new home in Spain. It's easy to feel a little overwhelmed right now.

But also very, very happy! This bear reminds me of everything I loved about my mom. It's perfect that he's going to someone who has become a dear friend to me at this point.

We'll miss you Morris. Safe travels, sweet friend 🫂

I love secondhand plushies! I love going to thrift stores and finding new friends! I love taking them home and giving them baths and brushouts! I love adopting already loved plushies from other folks' collections online! I love loving them again! I love brushing out their mats, cleaning their eyes, fixing their stuffing, and just generally bringing life back into a friend! I love bringing home plushies that have sat on shelves for years, collecting dust and finally loving them! I love saving the environment by not buying new and encouraging the production of more when we already have everything we need! I love secondhand plushies!!!

Anxious stuffies just get it! Burrows and I are spending these rainy days cuddling and giving each other tips on how to deal with it. And he tells me that Daisy is a true sweetheart indeed! 🌼❤️

I try to rotate my bears and other plushes, so that everyone who wants a turn will get one. It's a good way to make sure I don't forget about lovely bears like Daisy here.

She's very soft and quiet. I adopted her from another shop many years ago, and she's not going up for adoption anytime soon. Holding her is such a nice way to spend a moment.

Still, she's very anxious, often hugging her name tag if she feels overwhelmed. That's understandable.

I think she'll have a great time sitting with us today, and I'll be sure to keep an extra eye on her 😊

My bed is looking sooooo cosy with this new setup… 🤭✨ just what the day was asking for! Rainy days call for staying in with good friends!

Some of them I haven’t introduced yet!!

We have Caramelo the BAB mocha rabbit, Waffles the tiny Bartholomew bear and Eeyore, who I have in shared custody with my boss (stays in the academy during weekdays and comes home at the weekend).

A box!! And it smells… familiar…but hey!! Toffee!! Leave the scissors alone you kiddo, we don’t want you to get hurt!

It’s Burgess and Burrows!! They travelled all the way from where Brownie and Toffee came from… @gaelsstuffiehome That’s why I, the human, wanted them to welcome our two new stuffie fam members !

You can’t imagine how thankful I feel to have access to this wonderful shop, and to be able to look after such wonderful stuffies. The ones that come from here are the only plushies that I hug and cuddle straight away, because they feel so clean and nice…

Oh! And now they have got some comfy clothes to chill after their loooong journey! 🤭❤️

Aftermath of our Valentine’s date! ❤️✨

Brownie was kind enough to wait with me while the BF tried to find a place to park the car! He loved the floral decoration…and the smell of salmon in the air even more!

We had a new friend waiting inside the bag! Michelangelo the Ninja Turtle BAB was impatient to meet his new human! He joined us for dinner, although for some reason he insisted that a pizza place would have been a better choice 🙄

The sushi was as good as always, and I was able to have my fave kind of mochi for dessert…Brownie also thought it was delicious, to the point that he insisted on taking some home… of course I couldn’t say no to that face. Little bugger…😩✨
