So far in LA an Australian news reporter has been shot in the leg by a rubber bullet, a British reporter has been shot by a sponge bullet and sent to the hospital for emergency surgery. A NY Post reporter has been shot in the head with a rubber bullet and went to the hospital for a large bruise on his forehead, whiplash and neck pain, and CNN reporters were handcuffed and escorted away being told to not come back or they will be arrested BECAUSE they are reporters.

It seems like all reporters there to give the real story are being targeted by police/ICE/military in LA.

I've been seeing some Veilguard Pokemon headcanons flying around recently, and I'd love to add my ten penneth into the mix. I only have them for Lucanis and my Rook right now, but here they are;

Lucanis:

Noivern - definitely his ace. He's read 'The Joyous Noivern' to her on a regular basis since she was still just a little Noibat.

Corviknight - kind of a given. He's been with Lucanis since he was a Rookidee, much to Caterina's chagrin (the Dellamorte's always have Honchcrows).

Aegislash - Lucanis came across them as a Doublade, and after evolving into Aegislash the shield it carries bore the Dellamorte crest.

Alcremie - the caramel swirl, ribbon treat variety. Belonged to his mother, who loved to bake. Now she helps him in the kitchen.

Grimmsnarl - this fella turned up after Spite appeared. He listens more to Spite than Lucanis himself.

Gardevoir - my personal headcanon is that my Rook and Lucanis met before Veilguard, and in the PokeAU they both catch a Ralts at the same time. Lucanis' Ralts became a Gardevoir.

As for my Rook, Da'lea, she's a mage who is a dab hand at storm magic. She also happens to be a bard:

Toxtricity (Low Key) - her first Pokemon, who has been with her since he was a little Toxel. Rook's ace. They love to rock out together.

Alolan Raichu - has saved Rook's drowning ass more times than either can count.

Skelederge - these ladies love to sing their little hearts out together, often with Toxtricity backing them up.

Stoutland - despite being Dalish by birth, Rook considers herself to be Ferelden. And Ferelden's love dogs.

Chatot - a gift from her best friend Lace, who deeply regrets this decision.

Gallade - Rook's Ralts evolved into Gallade. Gallade and Gardevoir are as inseperable as Rook and Lucanis.

So there we have it. If anyone wants the other Veilguardians and their Mons then I'm sure I can come up with something!
