so ya'll know i been trying to cut back on caffeine lately and today i felt like i did not have the need to drink coffee? like who am i and i kinda hope this sticks like once in a while i will have a poppi and an energy drink if coffee is really the cause for my calcium level to decrease so well see this is only day three of not needing coffee not saying that energy drinks are good for ya'll but i don't consume them as much as i consumed coffee lol the most i have an energy drink is like one or two during the week that's it and the same with poppi drinks.
#lissa rambles#i gave up coffee before when i had shingles drinking it made me feel sick because of the medication#i didn't drink coffee also when i had covid last year#i know i can give it up the habit is just hard to break#so did i really break my habit of not drinking coffee stay tuned lol
