hi! i love your medieval windenburg, and it inspired to try and making my own version of henford-on-bagley, inspired by the 1900s period of my country for my own sims stories! but something that is really bothering me is how green the world's grass texture is, and was wondering if you would know how to change it since i believe you did it with your own world? i just want to make the grass look more dead, nothing fancy, but i didn't see any resources on how to do it haha ty beforehand!

First, thank you very much to appreciate my mod, I am so glad that it inspires you ^^

Then, you will have to find the grass texture in the clientfullbuild0 of this EP (I don't remember the numer but you can find the info easily), this package is in your installation path of the game.

Open the package with sims 4 studio and go to the warehouse, filter by type and search in the dst images the ones looking like the grass you want to replace then batch export them.

Once you have the one you want, simply edit the color and tone in photoshop or gimp or whichever software witout changing the name of it so that it overrides the resource in the game and then batch import it in a blank package file !

Another way if you don't want to search too long is to open an already existing retexture package of this EP grass, copy the instance and paste it in the ClientFullBuild0 package search box to find it directly and then do the same as I said above ^^

Hi! I've known about your medieval windenburg mod for a while and have been wanting to add it to my game but I play entirely maxis match so the textures look out of place. Is there a way to download the mod without the textures so it's just the objects removed and possibly the replacement models? Thank you in advance!

And then delete the folders you don't want so the retexture folder :)

Then if the replacements are not maxis match enough there is a mod removing modern stuf named "Timeless" so you can take a look at it too but do not put both my mod and this one at the same time ^^

Salut! Mon français est terrible maintenant, donc je continuerai en anglais. I was trying to use your map replacement of Windenburg, and for whatever reason it will not show up in my game. I made sure to follow your instructions exactly, and even removed it and tried again from scratch but it won't work. Any advice? Merci!

No I haven't because all the beds can be updated with the Sims 4 Studio batch fix so you can try it ! ^^

I love your Medieval Windenburg Mod and I believe I have installed it correctly. Before the latest update the World Map was working however, since the last update my world map does not work. Any ideas on how I can fix this? Thanks - MC

Hello I just downloaded your medieval windenburg mod, followed your instructions and on the map windenburg is gone. I can't find windenburg anymore. Your replacements are there I just checked so the mod works but there is just that issue with the map and the world not showing up... what can I do? I downloaded the updated version....

Hello! I really love your Windenburg medievalized world, but sadly it has stopped working for me since some months ago. I have tried installing it every now and then to see if it would work again, with and without other mods to see if it was a compatibility issue, but it never works. I admit it has been less fun for me to play since, as this mod adds a lot to the immersion of my medieval gameplay. I wonder if I seem to be the only one with this issue? Do you perhaps know what the issue can be?

how can I install medieval world on a Mac?

It works the same as on Windows, you must put the folders in your mod folders and the word files intot your EP02 world folder ^^

Fist of all, which version did you put in your game ? Seperated or merged ?

If you put both, this might be the problem.

Then, you must know that the map is broken so (for now) it's normal if you don't see any changes in general view, you must enter the world to see the retextures/replacements etc. And I remind it just in case, but Medieval Windenburg does not come with builds on lots, it only replaced the world, so the parts you can't touch in build mode !

If you really did everything correctly but the world isn't replaced, please send a private message so you can share screens of the installation and in game ^^
