Not sure if I introduced Gladiator. He is a vanilla crayfish. Top picture was 5 months ago when he was around two inches long and bottom is from yesterday. He is now about 5-6 inches long and very fierce! I was pretty afraid of getting pinched while redecorating his tank.

I couldn’t find Batik anywhere this morning and was worried that somehow they had pushed the lid up and escaped the tank. But then I spotted them at the top of this spider wood branch nestled in the Christmas moss.

The yellow shrimp makes an appearance!

They come in multiple flavors of blue

One of the microaquariums that was planted (before and after adding water). This was the tank used for the pregnant red cherries since the spongefilter wouldn’t harm the babies

Very true!

From my experience so far, any healthy shrimp will at all times be either:

Scootin’ around

Investigating something

Picking food off something

or Cleaning itself

Except maybe immediately after a molt.  But any time one of my shrimp has spent long periods of time sitting still, it didn’t have more than a week left in it.  :/
