Personal Essay #2
The world is massive and the possibilities of how your life will turn out are limitless. So, for someone who has lived in a small town for all her life and was used to having someone behind her back to support her, putting her self out there is quite a feat.
Some days, I wish I have roadmaps to tell me where to go and what do next whenever I feel lost.
Unfortunately, life offers no such thing. Detours are inevitable and the journey is unpredictable. A never-ending trial and error of destinations that will either heal or leave us scathed.
Some days, I wish mom can still make all the decisions I’m too afraid to face. far from the perception I had when I was younger; one of the great liberties of adulthood that I so longed to be part of, is to decide for myself. It used to sound so fun but now I dread choosing and knowing that one wrong mistake can create a ripple of chaos.
Some days, I wish I can turn back time and tell my younger self to never hurry things. Never take for granted the carefreeness and savor every second.
Because now, adulthood has introduced me to the complexity of being a human. I’m constantly bombarded with decisions to make & always haunted by fears I’m unwilling to face. Transitioning from being dependent to a grown  woman has not been particularly easy and the occasional urge to give up sounds appealing. Nevertheless, I know all these hardships will lead me to something worthwhile.

Personal Essay #1
Visiting Mendiola after a month of not living there made me really miss college. Nostalgia came rushing in and my chest is slammed with that overwhelming feeling of how fleeting time is.
Even though I am happy I was able to finish my bachelor’s degree on time, I can’t help but feel sad knowing those carefree days are long gone and now just memories.
It made me felt a pang of regret that those moments slipped away so fast, I was not able to make the most out of it.
It made me sad I took for granted all the time I could have spent hanging out with friends, enjoying extra curricular activities and meeting new people instead of snuggling with a book, enjoying the comforts of my dorm room.
We were told to savor the fun of being kolehiyala along with its hardships but we did not listen. We’re all anxious to grow up and leave the premises of the university that we all can’t wait to finish that last exam and bid each other goodbye.
It’s true when they say, nothing makes you quite so aware of something as the loss of it. I wished I’ve known, I would have clung to those moments a little harder.
As a I write this blog post, a wave of memories are flooding my mind. From the first time I entered the walls of my department with nothing but fear in my heart to the last day of feeling so ecstatic upon receiving my toga. Back then, I was still this hopeful probinsiyana who thought college is just a mere bus stop in my entire endeavor but, I was wrong. My views are now tainted by reality and entire perspective shifted 360 degrees.  It turned out more than just a series of sleep deprivation and tests exhaustion.
I want to go back. I want to relive the moments but life offers no such. So, my piece of advice to all college students out there, enjoy every moment while you’re still at it.

https://push.abs-cbn.com/2020/3/13/fresh-scoops/guess-whos-baking-nikki-valdez-discovers-a-sweet-20205
I personally interviewed Nikki Valdez for this article. I drafted questions for her to answer and then used all the details she shared to come up with an article that tells the story of her life, showbiz journey and business discovery.
Guess who's baking? Nikki Valdez discovers a sweet new route to success
By Thesia May Molines
Who can forget Tudis of Ang Tanging Ina or Karen of Got 2 Believe? These are just a few of the notable roles the lovable Nikki Valdez has played throughout her career that spans two decades.
Starstudio.ph was given the privilege to visit her home—which at this time was smelling like heaven, and for a delicious reason.
Nikki Valdez as a child
Ma. Alinica Garcia Valdez takes us to a walk down memory lane as she shares glimpses of her younger years.
She begins: “Medyo boyish ako, I like hanging out and doing boy stuff.” Hailing from San Pedro, Laguna, the young Nikki enjoyed outdoor activities such as rollerblading, volleyball, and biking. She even recalls how she would go out with her cousins to mountain hikes and enjoy the stunning view.
Nikki was also an active choir member and was always present whenever there is a church activity. “I grew up being a member of a choir, siguro up until I think I was high school.”
According to her, it's where she developed her singing, which gave her the chance to enter the world of show business.
How she entered the showbiz scene
Summer of 1996—she was at her cousin's house when 80s balladeer Marco Sison was being interviewed in a showbiz talk show back then called Cristy Per Minute. Marco announced to the public that she will be having a summer workshop. Nikki’s mom, Mommy Norma, immediately asked her to give it a shot. At first, she was hesitant, telling her mom, “Ayoko ma, eh kasi mag-a-audition, baka hindi ako matanggap."
“One fear of mine is failure and rejection,” says Nikki. However, when the day of the audition came, her mom and grandmother were adamant that she should join.
“Wala akong prepared materials noon, I just grabbed whatever materials or music that I had there."
Unprepared, Nikki and her mother went to Perpetual Binan Ano ito, school? Church? What's the complete name for the audition, a town away from the family's hometown of San Pedro. During the audition proper, Nikki Valdez shared how nervous she was because other contestants were being asked to stop midway during their performance. When it was finally her turn, she sang Let the Pain Remain by Rachel Alejandro. She fondly shares how she will never forget that piece.
Everything about the audition is still vivid in her memory as she recalls: “Eh 'di ayun, kumanta ako, ‘tas tumigil na ako kasi yung mga nauna sakin, tumitigil? Sabi nila ‘ay hindi, continue’ so they made me finish the whole song and sabi nila ‘alright, we’re getting you,’ ganun!”
Out of all the talents Marco Sison had during that time, Nikki Valdez stood out the most. He told Nikki, “I want to bring you to ABS-CBN for an audition.”
After the audition, Nikki thought she failed to make the cut because she never got a call back. However, it turns out the staff just had a hard time reaching her!
“You know how I was informed? Through telegram. Kaya hindi na ako umabot sa Star Circle Batch 3, sabi nila sa Batch 4 ka na ilalaunch, kasi there is no time. You still need to undergo workshops, so yun. That’s how it happened.”
Nikki’s journey to becoming a star proves that some things are meant for you, no matter how long the delays might be. Years later, she has become a household name.
The struggles behind the limelight
Nikki Valdez never imagined in her wildest dreams that she would become a celebrity. She discloses that one of her greatest aspirations was to become an interior designer. “My first choice was Interior Design, kasi ang dami kong ideas. Ano ako eh, frustrated interior designer.”
Yet, destiny led her to somewhere else.
Even before Nikki Valdez became a celebrity, she also experienced hard times. After graduating from high school, she did not have the chance to study college right away because her family was struggling during those days.
Her desire to finish schooling didn't fade away despite such hindrances, however. When she already had the means to pursue college, she enrolled the moment she could. She said, “Parang hinanap ko 'yung ano ko—to finish school, to get into college, So I did. I took my chance.”
She juggled both work and education, but when things started to take a toll on her, she decided she needed to set aside some things for now.
According to her, “School had to take a backseat because showbiz was my bread and butter, and sabi ko, paano ako mag-aaral kung hindi ako magtatrabaho nung time na 'yun?”
It's a good thing she has supportive parents who were always by her side to guide her.
A mother’s love for her child is truly unconditional. Mommy Norma had to give up her job back then so she could take good care of her daughter. Her dad on the other hand is always at bay to drive for them during tapings.
Now that she is already a mother as well, Nikki is willing to do the same for her daughter, Olivia.
“As much as possible, when she has activities that would need my presence, I’m there. When I tell her I will be there, I will be there. Kasi kung ano lang naman kinalakihan mo, yun lang din maishashare mo sa children mo.”
Her daughter is turning 12 this year, and her condition is no secret to the public. Olivia has a congenital malformation in which her fingers have not fully developed. According to Nikki, accepting her daughter’s condition wasn’t that easy. At first, she was in denial, and she began to question her faith. But when Olivia was born, everything changed for Nikki.
“Nung lumabas siya, ginanun niya yung kamay niya sakin, sabi ko, ‘Ay ganda ng anak ko.’ Ayun sa una, puro fear, puro takot para sa anak ko, 'yun pala, siya pa magbibigay ng lakas ng loob. Siya 'yung nagbigay sa'kin nung may mas empathy ako sa mga batang ganun ang condition—but I learned from her."
Nikki Valdez also had her fair share of heartaches. Even before she met her Prince Charming and experienced her own happily-ever-after, she had to endure a series of heartbreaking moments—one of which was the separation from her then-husband. Amidst the turmoil the separation gave her, Nikki bravely faced the obstacles head-on, for her daughter's sake.
In her effort to heal her broken heart, she wanted to do something to set her mind elsewhere. That was her lightbulb moment—during those empty, low times, the smell of butter, and cream, and so much love, would slowly creep in, and happily fill those spaces.
The making of Ms. Buttercream
It all started as a hobby, and an outlet for emotions that were piling up inside her—but as Nikki took classes one after another, she fell in love with baking even more.
However, this passion had to take the backseat for a time because she and her then-husband, who were both staying in Canada, had difficulty sorting things out between them.
Nikki had to go back to the Philippines—and when she did, she stumbled upon a brochure that made her remember her love for baking.  And it prompted her to try again.
Her interest in baking heightened when she got a chance to join the class of Queen of Hearts Couture Cakes, led by two registered Filipina nurses whose passion was also to bake.
“Du'n ko natutunan magdecorate using buttercream, and I for one, am a fan of icing, pastries or cakes. I have a sweet tooth, so I said, ‘Ay, maybe this is something I want to do in the future’. 'Pag magbabake ako ng cake, ang gagamitin kong icing is buttercream icing.”
Nikki Valdez dedicated more and more time and effort in baking. She recalls:
“Umabot talaga ako sa point na yung mga taga taste test ko yung family ko. So, nung sinabi ng mommy ko nu'n na ‘Anak, para namang pati aso hindi kakainin yan. So ginawa ko siya nang ginawa, and finally when I served it to my friends at nakikita kong ready na sila, sabi ko, parang pwede na ako magtake ng orders.”
Thus, Ms. Buttercream was born!
Although Nikki Valdez set to turn her passion into a business venture, she also had hesitations pushing through with it, because she did not know where she was headed to at first. But when people around her started believing in her capabilities—and enjoying her goodies—it gave her a boost of courage to finally turn it into a full-scale business.
Ms. Buttercream turns into a booming business
It was in September 2016 when she started accepting orders. Four years later, everything is turning out great for the celebrity actress-turned-entrepreneur.
People are starting to notice her cakes, and inquiries started to come in, one after another. From weddings to birthdays, you name it! People are setting up appointments months before the event just so she can accommodate them.  Coupled with the sweet taste of a new relationship that ended in a beautiful marriage, Nikki is all set to serve—and set for life.
Currently, she has two cake flavors—red velvet cocoa and classic butter, but she reveals that she might come out with a new one soon.
She also gave us a peek on how she handles customers and the process of designing itself. “Of course, they tell me how they want the cake to look like, and I send them pegs, but I still add my touch to it.”
When asked what is the most fulfilling part of her baking journey, she answered, “In all their milestones, I am there through my cake. Kaya it’s more than pag sinasabi nilang, ‘Oh I like the cake, it’s very beautiful'—it’s me being a part of their lives. It makes me happy. Iba yung nabibigay niya sa'kin na happiness.”
Nikki Valdez and her love for baking taught us that it’s never too late to pursue what you really love, no matter how long it takes.

More than just an artist—reasons why we look up to Nadine as an independent woman by Thesia May M. Molines
Nadine Lustre may be one of the most popular artists of today, but she refuses to be just that.
The Multimedia Princess started out as part of the girl group known as Pop Girls, and her career really skyrocketed after starring in Diary ng Panget. In the film, she was paired with James Reid, and violá—little did they know that they gave birth to a tandem that would make people swoon.
However, the reel-to-real couple decided to part ways recently. Being the strong lady that she is, Nadine took this as an opportunity to explore her individuality, and proved to us that she is indeed an independent woman.
Let's dig deeper as to why Nadine is truly inspiring:
A woman of substance
Nadine Lustre has been in the industry for over a decade now, and with every project, she never fails to stun and deliver, but what makes her even more inspiring is her determination to use her stardom to good causes. She uses her platform to raise numerous advocacies, such as anti-plastic and mental health awareness campaigns.  She recently joined The Rainbow Warrior’s Ship It Back tour, a global campaign aiming to minimize the production of single-use plastic. She is truly not just a pretty face!
 #LadyBoss
There's no stopping this goal-driven woman to venture into the business world. She launched her own line of beauty cosmetics and made a buzz the moment it was announced. Her love for the beach is evident in the project, with a motif related to crystals and the sea. It was a huge success, and according to her, she will try to improve and release more of it soon. Itching to get your hands on it, too?
Feisty and fearless
Heavy is the head that wears the crown. With eyes always on you as a public figure, every move can make hell break loose. Still, Nadine prefers to be a no-holds-barred kind of girl, but she carefully chooses her fights. Her fiery statements about intrigues being thrown at her are what wows us. Even Daniel Padilla complimented her for being unapologetic. He said in a Gandang Gabi Vice segment: “Gusto kong sabihin kay Nadine na ang rock and roll niya rin. Fearless na babae, at alam niya kung ano gusto niya." We stan a palaban!
Multifaceted
Dubbed as the Multimedia Princess, it is known that Nadine is a versatile artist. Having started out as a singer, she also surprised us with her sultry dancing skills and effective acting chops. She made her film debut on Diary ng Panget, and from then on, she became one of the most in-demand actresses. Her recent movie Ulan is a romantic drama film that tells the story of Maya and her quest for true love.
While she is busy making a name for herself in the film industry, she can also juggle her career as a singer, having released a song with Careless Music Manila, a recording label spearheaded by James Reid and Bret Jackson. This girl is literally everywhere, and we want more of her!
She embraces body positivity
Overcoming your insecurities is quite a feat, especially when you’re famous like Nadine. Known for being morena, she openly tells the public how she once gets so affected when people tell her she is not fair enough. Because of such statements, she became dead set on having fairer skin, just to fit in a society that considers white skin as more beautiful. Soon enough, Nadine realizes that such notions have got to end.
After years of trying to fit on everyone’s standard of beauty, Nadine decided to finally love her morena skin, inspiring all bronze-skinned ladies out there to celebrate the complexion they are born with.
A breadwinner
Aside from being an artist, a singer and an entrepreneur, Nadine is also a breadwinner. At the age of 7, she started doing kid variety shows to support her family. She was exposed to show business at an early age, but she did not mind at all, since she was happy with what she was doing.
Being the eldest to three younger siblings, Nadine nonchalantly accepted the challenge of being one of the providers for their family. She made an effort to put family first above everything else, even herself. An independent woman’s love for those close to her is truly inspiring.

https://push.abs-cbn.com/2020/6/18/fresh-scoops/get-to-know-kokoy-de-santos-and-why-he-might-just-29295
Exclusively interviewed Kokoy de Santos and used the stories he told me as prompter to come up with a feature that showcases why he is worthy to be the next big star.
Get to know Kokoy de Santos—and why he might just be your next celebrity crush!
by Thesia May M. Molines
Rising actor Kokoy de Santos sparked the interest of the masses with his looks and bubbly personality. He was even dubbed as the Noah Centineo of the Philippines. As charming as he is, this hottie proved that he is more than meets the eye.
Kokoy de Santos first made noise on social media when snippets from his upcoming BL series, Oh, Mando! started circulating online early this year. Since then, people wanted to learn more about him.
StarStudio.ph was given the opportunity to interview the young actor to get to know him even more.
Here are reasons why Kokoy de Santos is worth adding to your list of celebrity crushes:
He’s a family guy
Ronald De Santos Jr., fondly known as Kokoy, is a 21-year-old Caviteno. He spent his childhood in General Trias, Cavite. However, having roots in Catanauan, Quezon. His family goes there from time to time.
He recalled one of the fondest memories he had when they visited their province.
Nagpapanic na sila,” he added.
Although it is evident on his social media accounts, his close relationship with his family is worth mentioning. Whenever he makes decisions, he has to hear his mother’s opinion first.
Apart from his closeness with his parents and four other siblings, Kokoy adores his grandparents as well. He spilled some details about his bonding moments with them. “Madalas ko kinukulayan ang buhok nito kasi syempre tumatanda na, nagkakaroon na ng mga uban.”
Kokoy would also tease his grandmother whenever she refuses to retouch her gray hair.  “La, hindi po pwedeng ganon. Kailangan, bagets tayo.”
A dreamer fueled by perseverance
Ever since he was a child, Kokoy de Santos already had a passion for acting. He said, “Bata palang ako interesado na ako diyan. Meron pa noong bata raw ako, pinipilit ko daw ipasok ulo ko sa loob ng TV. Gusto ko talaga pumasok.”
To boost his confidence, Kokoy started joining pageants. He recalled how he was discovered when he joined the Little Earth Angel. “Ako representative namin dito sa Cavite. So laban-laban Calabarzon, eh nanalo ako. Kumbaga, naka-tsamba. So next, buong Pilipinas na. Ayun nanalo ako, tapos may lumalapit sakin after ng coronation. Nag-scout siya for TV commercials. Awa ng Diyos, unang VTR ko, natanggap naman ako.”
Now that he is starting to make a name for himself, Kokoy aspires to be the best version of himself. He constantly ponders what other things he can offer to his fans. “Taon-taon may mga lumalabas na bagong artista. Kumbaga, ano ‘yung bagong mao-offer mo? Ano yung mao-offer mo sa madla na wala sa iba?”
Dedicated to his craft
Just like any other aspiring star, Kokoy had his fair share of rejections. He said, “Kasali ‘yun eh. Hindi pwedeng hindi ka mare-reject.”
Armed with passion and dedication for his craft, Kokoy accepted these rejections with open arms, knowing there is something out there that is truly meant for him.
“Accept lang. Kumbaga, accept mo lang na hindi para sa’yo ‘yan. Kung para sa’yo talaga yan ibibigay sa’yo. Eh ako naman syempre masunurin ako nakikinig naman ako, kahit naman alam mo minsan andoon na eh. Malapit na eh. Makukuha ko na eh.  Eh wala eh, hindi talaga para sa ’kin.”
Kokoy de Santos also shared that whenever he accepts a role, he doesn’t just focus on the character he is about to portray. He makes it a point to acquaint himself with the material—one of which is his role in F#*@bois as Miko.
“Bago ko tanggapin yung role, tinanong ako kung kaya ko ba. Unang pumasok sa isip ko, well, andoon ‘yung takot at kaba, pero oo agad ako kasi napakadaming bagay, para alam mo ‘yun, para umu-oo. Materyal, ‘yung ganda ng script, ‘yung direktor pa, so talagang hindi ako nag-alinlangan.”’
His new ‘game’
Now, his hard work finally paid off. Kokoy de Santos is now making a name for himself, as he stars in the hit BL series, Gameboys.  Giving life to the role of Gavreel Alarcon, an online gamer who has feelings for his opponent Cairo Lazaro (played by Elijah Canlas), this series (produced by the IdeaFirst Company) follows Gavreel and Cairo's story, and how their lives changed after an online game.  Little did they know—it would be the start of a nakakakilig journey for the both of them.
After finishing a couple of talked-about episodes, the series has gained support from netizens. Gameboys fans stan them on Twitter and other social media platforms, and they can't stop gushing over CaiReel's chemistry.
His faith in the Lord
Apart from his eagerness to succeed in life, what keeps him going is his ever-supportive family and his faith in God.
Kokoy also mentioned that his faith to the Man above also gives him solace during times he’s filled with doubts. “Si God siguro kumbaga sa lahat ng bagay, Inaalay ko sa kanya nagpe-pray ako. ‘Binigay mo ba sa akin to?’ kasi mamaya diba? Sinasabi ko, ‘tatanggapin ko lang ‘to ha?’”
Did you know that he can cook?
That’s right, girls! Another thing to fawn over about Kokoy aside from his quirky personality is his talent for cooking.
Kokoy is a graduate of Chef Logro's Institute of Culinary & Kitchen Services based in Cavite.
He is fond of cooking even when he was a kid.
However, his acting career had to take a back seat temporarily so he can focus on his studies. “Noong time na kumuha ako ng kulinarya, medyo huminto muna ako sa showbiz. Focus muna ako doon kasi, ano, two years lang naman eh. Hindi muna ako halos tumatanggap ng project. Kasi sabi ko, tatapusin ko muna.”
He will wow you with his dancing skills
You’ve probably seen his TikTok videos circulating online, aside from posting his bonding moments with his niece, Kokoy also loves to showcase his talent in dancing. According to him, he’s been into dancing ever since he was a child.
“Bata palang hilig ko na talaga ang pagsasayaw. Siguro mga 3 or 4? Alam mo ‘yun, kahit wala pa talaga akong alam. Basta nag-eenjoy ako basta sumasayaw ako,” the young actor shared.
Kokoy de Santos during quarantine
Kokoy de Santos is also worried about the effects of the virus that is currently threatening the entire globe.
As a celebrity who uses his voice in his platform to raise awareness, Kokoy shared the tips they practice inside their household to avoid the spread of the virus. The actor said, “Mine-make sure namin na magbabalik ‘yung [quarantine pass], ikakabit ‘yun at ‘yung nakatoka na ‘yun. Maligo agad, para safe kami.”
He also encouraged them to always be armed with necessities used to combat the virus. “Mag-face mask at alcohol kasi hindi tayo pwede maging kampante. Sa nangyayari ngayon hindi naman bumaba 'yung kaso eh, gano'n pa din, kaya nakakatakot.”
While he is well aware of the gravity of the situation, Kokoy is making the most of his time to bond with his family. Now that everyone temporarily slowed down their fast-paced life, Kokoy realized the value of time with his family. Kokoy explained, “Mare-realize mo ‘yung halaga ng oras kasi dati syempre lagi kang nasa work, ngayon talagang nakakapag-bonding kayo.”
Being the loving son that he is, Kokoy tries to help out with the chores. He shared,
“Minsan naghuhugas ako, nagwawalis, nagdidilig, actually lahat nga lalo pa ngayon na wala naman ginagawa, wala naman trabaho, so ‘yun nasa bahay ka lang. Tulong-tulong lang diba? Kami-kami lang din naman nandito.”

https://push.abs-cbn.com/2020/5/8/fresh-scoops/she-portrays-the-mistress-in-world-of-the-married-25724
International artists are impossible to interview for a feature. Thus, we rely on what on what the internet has to offer. Some articles, including this one, are purely based on research from credible sources and websites.
She portrays the mistress in 'World of the Married'—but we can't hate her too much!
By Thesia May Molines
The World of the Married took the Internet by storm due to its plot twists that will surely leave you hooked and intrigued. As they binge-watch the drama series, some fans can’t help but stop and stare at the stunning girl who plays the challenging role of the mistress.
Although you’ll probably hate her character in the hit Korean series, you’ll surely be drawn to her in real life! Fans are enthralled since this young lady holds so much promise in the acting scene.
Let’s dig deeper why Han So Hee is worthy to be the next Korean girl crush:
Who is Han So Hee?
Lee So-Hee or fondly known as Han So Hee is a 25-year-old actress and model hailing from Ulsan, South Korea. She was born on November 24, 1994. So for K-drama fans that are astrology lovers as well—yes, she is a Scorpio. Those who are under this zodiac sign are known for being passionate and resourceful. No wonder she was able to portray her role in The World of The Married Couple as Yeo Da Kyung so well!
She graduated from Ulsan High School where she is known for being a timid and quiet student. In a previous interview, she shared that she went to the same school with the famous lead actress of Hi Bye, Mama! Kim Tae Hee.
She studied in Sejong University with a Major in Arts.
Before her success
Contrary to what others may believe, she didn’t have an easy life. Han So Hee had to work her way to success.
This risk-taker chose to let her schooling take a back seat to pursue her acting career at an early age. She decided to move to Seoul and try her luck with only a little amount of money in her pocket.
She had to endure days and nights of non-stop working at a bar in Gangnam to suffice her daily needs. Not wanting to live her life like that for the rest of her days, Han So Hee endured hardships until it all finally paid off.
She revealed in an interview that if she hadn’t endured those days of making ends meet by working endlessly, she would not have achieved the success she is enjoying right now.
Career Beginnings
Before making it big in the acting scene, Han So Hee already made a name for herself as a model. With an impressive height of 169 centimeters and a face that is truly a sight to behold, she became one of the most sought-after models in Korea.-
She started getting noticed in a Ritz Cracker commercial in 2016. Since then, she received numerous commercial offers from big companies. Han So Hee was also given the privilege to be in several magazine covers for some fashion magazines in South Korea.
In the May 2020 issue of Grazia, the stunning young actress shows off her charm and natural beauty in their photo shoot.
Aside from her modeling gigs, she also appeared in numerous music videos. Some of these are music videos of the famous boy band group in South Korea called SHINee in their song Tell Me What To Do and The Hardest Part by soloist Roy Kim.
The successful actress she is now
Han So Hee made her acting debut in 2017 for the drama Reunited Worlds. That opened doors for her to land several lead roles for Korean television series such as Money Flower and 100 Days My Prince.
Although she’s been around in the industry for quite some time now, It was The World of the Married that paved her way to stardom.
When she first read the script of the series, she immediately felt sorry for her character. Wanting to understand where Da Kyung is coming from, the actress had to focus and put herself in her shoes.
According to soompi.com, when the actress was asked to compare herself from the role she portrays in the drama, Han So Hee said that her character Da Kyung is reserved and aloof while she is the type who likes talking to people.
Now that she is on her way to becoming even bigger in the acting scene, Han So Hee wishes to be like her co-star Kim Hee Ae (who plays the protagonist wife). She said that after seeing her act from up close, she admired how Kim Hee Ae can portray strong characters even more.
Because of her convincing portrayal as the mistress, Han So Hee receives hate comments on her social media accounts. Thus, she jokes that hopefully one day she will land a role that everybody would love.
Social Media Presence
Han So Hee has currently over 1.6 million followers on Instagram as of writing. It is where she posts photos of her daily life, with jaw-dropping close-up selfies to random stills of her cats and scribbles.
Aren’t you convinced yet that this stunning beauty is more than meets the eye?
Fans are surely excited to see more of her soon!
