Batman made the Joker a Bat-Family Suit!!!

I originally thought this was a prototype suit that was just laying around the Batcave. Maybe an original Huntress suit?

Nope, Batman made this suit specifically for the Joker. I have so many questions. How’d he get the Jokers measurements? Who checked the inseam? Does he just have the Joker’s shoe size memorized? Also this was kind of a spur of the moment team up which means, Bruce already had this premade for the Joker and, even made it his favorite color. The obsession must be mutual or, Batman has secret hopes for the Joker to become a good guy?
