Cartoon Network Halloween Skit

Ok so, one day I was talking to my brother and randomly remembered this skit thing on cartoon network that was Halloween themed, and centered around the joke of 7 ate 9. When I asked him about it, he had no memory of the skit. Everyone else I've asked about it, rings zero bells. So might as well posted it here. And feel free to reposted this anywhere else.

So basically, the skit was like this. It used number puppets, or at least 7 was a puppet since its mouth moved. The bottom line is they were felt numbers, not cutouts, but 3 dimension. They had cartoonish eyes, and 7 had teeth like a vampire, and angry eyebrows. 6 looked scared and wasn't seen by 7, 9 was dead on the ground with a bite mark made, like a vampire, and I'm not sure about this part, but 9 may have had X eyes. The whole skit is narrated by the cartoon network voice guy, before the new one took over. There's spooky music playing, and the run time had to be no more than a minute. Also forgot to say, but the narration is just them telling the joke as it happens, but like in a spooky voice.

To help with a timeline, it would've been somewhere around 2008 - 2013, during October/Halloween Season, and courage the cowardly dog was on at some point that day. Also it would've been before 5pm, since me and my brothers would be at our grandma's from 7am to 4pm or 5pm, and that's where I saw it.

That is all I can remember about it. I really hope someone can find this bc omg I feel so crazy that I can't find it and no one remembers it lol!
