At risk of sounding like I am playing the devil's advocate (which is not my intention), an alleged reason is the whole "outing celebs" thing like it happened in the past with Neil Patrick Harris, and almost with Rebel Wilson. In my defence, I see this as another symptom of the homophobia in the audience/fandoms, which sucks.

At a certain point Taylor needs to be held accountable for how her queer fans get treated.

During an interview once she listed what “made her her” and one of things she said is Gay Pride. If she is just an ally and we’re all wrong she should just come out as straight. But instead she’s keeping her fans in limbo, where she does obvious queer flagging, has stunt relationships, and writes music that has homoerotic themes.

You cannot blame queer people for picking up on that…

She needs to just either come out as bi or say she’s straight.

I watched The Killer and I can't sake the idea that this is the kind of movies Pedro should be aiming for.

(In fact, Pedro should have been The Killer. Not an abuser, an actual Latino -The Killer lives in Dominican Republic and was called The Dominican, so it would have made more sense-, can act as well with the glances at the other guy, and with The Smiths, there is a queer connection. -I won't go as far ad giving The Killer a queer relationship because unfortunately Hollywood doesn't work that way for us).
