hi, a few days ago i watched cats 2019, and it made me want to cry it was horrible. so! as a bit of self administered therapy <3 i drew Cats warrior cats for some characters, but honestly i liked the designs way too much to not do anything with them, so! woohoo wc adopts time!

each character is $17, and i’ll send you a blank version of the character pic and a reference sheet!

once you have the character, you change anything about the personality or characteristics, since i just suggested things based on their character in the show! you can change the design slightly as well to fit ur style if u draw them. i also havent named the characters, so that can be up to u too!

Forsaken Stars applications are open!

Forsaken Stars is a new 18+ Discord-based Warriors RP based around two fan Clans, FogClan and RidgeClan, in a fictional setting based around Devon Island in Nunavut, Canada. We have a set of lore and history unique to this RP, completely separate from canon, as well as a new rank called Mediators.

We are open for warriors, monarchs, and apprentices of both Clans! We have no definite application limit or closing date as of right now.

I am so sorry to bother and youve most likely been asked this before, but how do you go about drawing cats w like. their mouths open? Mostly in side and quarter angles.. i use refs but they always end up looking like the :V emoji

I struggle with this too sometimes, I guess it depends on the corners of the mouth? Like when drawing angry/hissing cats mine used to be pretty :V but I kinda made the corners of the mouth tilt up, then down, if that makes sense? (shown in the second row of mouths)

I guess just remember the fleshy bit where the whiskers come out to help shape your mouths, squash them and move them to get the expression you want. I usually think about them while drawing my mouths (drawn in red)

this may not be anatomically correct but this is how I do it aa

Keep looking at reference and really looking at open muzzles, do lotsa studies to help out

Even as mistrust and deceit tore apart the harmony that previously existed bwteen the Clans, the three Startouched of each Clan are faced with dark and confusing omens from the Stars. The messages seem to tell stories of the inevitable extinctions of the Clans. But, without the other Startouched, they can’t be sure of the dangers. More importantly, it’s impossible for them to know how to protect their future.
