Oh.my.goodness..Esther’s tooth is hanging on by a thread. Nom.nom...I had to make this gf pumpkin bread from @erinliveswhole for dessert last night. So yummy! FYI if you decide to to make it: I used dark chocolate chips and cut the total down to 1/4 cup. This is slightly sweet, which I love, but if you want it sweeter, use regular chocolate chips! Anyone else struggling to find a replacement for cream in their coffee? 🙋‍♀️ I have been trying to rid my diet of ultra pasteurized products, and I couldn’t seem to develop a taste for the plant based alternatives. I thought all was lost in my coffee world, UNTIL.....I took my moms advice to try keto coffee/bulletproof coffee, and added grass fed butter, coconut oil, and integral collagen 🙌 It is sooooo tasty..don’t knock it till you try it😉 ✨Wonderful health benefits: coconut oil is now recognized as a superfood— great for brain and heart health. Both coconut oil and grass fed butter have medium chain triglycerides, which are good fats that give your body energy. Collagen is the most abundant protein in your body, and production decreases with age. Supplementation can help with many building processes in the body-skin, muscles, bone, and gut lining to name a few! With fall right around the corner and all the related scents in full force...It’s a great time to talk about the ingredients in candles, plug-ins, room sprays, perfume etc...most of these have ingredients that are toxic to humans/pets - known carcinogens, hormone/endocrine disrupters, inducers of asthma, allergies and headaches. These ingredients make me cringe and a lot are banned in other countries. One in particular is “fragrance”. Did you know that over 200 chemicals can be lurking behind the term fragrance? 😱 Companies do not have to disclose what “fragrance” is, and in turn the smell we think we love is a synthetic, counterfeit to the real deal, leading to chronic health problems.
