Real Christians vs Fake Christians
In this sermon we will look at the difference between real Christians and fake Christians with a list of simple criteria to look for so you can discern between a real Christian towards a fake Christian. We will include some scripture to back up the criteria set out and this teaching should be placed among the faith tools as the discerning the spirit tools. This is important because if we place our faith in the wrong people we will get bad results so lets get started. So when we look around in this big open world and are surrounded by people that are as numerous as the stars it is hard to imagine that most of them have the destiny of going to hell, this gives the opinion that God is a harsh God but it isn’t him that chooses our destiny it is us. We sentence our own selves and its up to us to atone and put right what we have done wrong and repent. We acknowledge our Saviour, Jesus Christ died for our sins on the cross and unfortunately do not see this as important anymore, they see it as an business opportunity. This is some of the problem with the modern church today. We attend Church to seek enlightenment and wisdom with the hope of being more efficient ministers and people in general, we clean up our old behaviour and take a different turn in life by allowing ourselves to be lead by our Saviour Jesus Christ and not everyone in church lets Jesus lead, they have their own agenda and this is what I am going to discuss now. In the church family we have expected to be completely immersed in the Holy Spirit and come out feeling re-invigorated, energized and ready to apply what we have learned but sometimes we can leave church frustrated because of certain people causing hindering the service with questions that either one do not make sense, and two that go off in a tangent that have nothing to do with the topic that is been discussed. Believe it or not the Devil himself attends church, he knows scripture, he knows how to twist it, manipulate it and yes he has the power to end your faith, your salvation and he could be sat in your congregation right now. So what happens in your church depends on whether you gain what you went for or your hindered by people who claim they are Christians but are doing the Devil’s bidding. Sometimes even a pastor or priest can be influenced by the devil and are known by the phrase “false teachers”. So here are a few criteria that shows the false Christian either in the congregation or by being the false teacher. 1. They monetize the gospel when it was given to us freely 2. They talk about themselves a lot and are concerned less about anybody else. 3. They manipulate the gospel to fit their own selfish desires. 4. They indulge in dark deeds that we as people do not see i.e. taking bribes, extortion, sowing discord among brothers. 5. They love to judge others 6. They omit anything from the gospel that either offends them, stops them from doing what the flesh desires and pretend it is not written there 7. When confronted, they accuse you of wrong-doing. 8. They will back down to people pressure than doing what is right. 9. They hate truth, do not like correction and full of excuses. 10. They are double minded people. If these kind of behaviours are being exhibited maybe your not in the right church, Christians and I mean Real Christians they do exactly the opposite. Right now in the world as it stands, there is a division in the church, the church has been infiltrated by the enemy and no one has the discernment to see it. I can attest to you that even though I have been secluded personally by God from the church system that I don’t have a clue what I am talking about but I see it in forums where these so called CHRISTIANS think it is ok to HATE homosexuals. The word actually says that if you so much as hate one person Christ himself does not dwell within you. This does not mean I agree with it because a Real Christian would tell you what book, line and verse to go to and it will say from the great Lord that Homosexuality is an abomination to God, and that a real Christian will actually pray for you, love you despite you being part of the now known community of LGBTQIA. Those so called Christians have their own agenda who call out those who are different from them. I’ve been secluded for a reason, is that there are false doctrines everywhere, the church has allowed gay pastors who are married to preach to a congregation but as a real Christian you stand back and say this is not what its supposed to be like. Here is an example so you know exactly where I am coming from. Ok, you enter a gay bar and they have strippers on, so obviously your excited full of anticipation and then it turns out to be a couple of grandmas with knitting needles, well this is what a real Christian sees but we mark it down as a misguided mistake, these false Christians will crucify you just for saying your that gay open and proud. Real Christians do not, they love you and don’t want you in hell for being deceived because the truth is out there, we tell you in love and not judgement. We aren’t and cannot judge because we are sinners alike, we have done things we aren’t proud of and we too are weak, we are no better than you, in fact some of us feel less than you do. We as real Christians denounce hatred of any kind towards any sect you can think of, whether its religion, politics, sexuality, ethnicity or anything you can be a phobe of. False Christians will use the Christian name so you hate all Christians, they have their own agendas which hurt everyone. In America recently, they have elected in Donald J Trump in as their president. I’ve seen all the demonstrations, protests and people getting completely upset with what is going to happen, the women’s march and the prolife march. Well my opinion on this as a real Christian is this, Donald J Trump does not dictate my future in heaven, he isn’t my salvation but can lead many if he so chooses to God Almighty. The racist, misogynist labels are just that labels, if you use labels to describe someone shouldn’t you yourself have a label of sinner on you? Have you ever considered your being lied to by the media, have you ever wondered why doesn’t Trump shut down the media, well it would be pointless because they would just rebel and set up an new one, the best way to shut them down is to turn the tv off and keep it off. The policies he has on Muslims been banned is totally exaggerated again by the media, he is doing a new vetting program to replace one that obviously doesn’t work. We have women that are taking to the streets wanting the rights to have tax payer funded abortions and then bragging about it with obscene vulgarity hats, abortion is wrong and another thing most of them hasn’t seen a real life abortion, if you have ever seen one you would be disgusted! My view on this is may God have mercy on your lost soul, your under the influence of arrogance to the point that you are a danger to yourselves. So I ask you one final question, what do you think a false Christian would say? I know, they are the ones protesting, judge Trump for being a racist Misogynist fascist. The ones who allow you to abort your baby then judge you harshly when the abortion is done with. So I ask you what do you think of a real Christian now, Can you discern between the two?

Yom Kippur 2015
Yom Kippur this year was 23rd September 2015, Yom Kippur is also known as the Day of Atonement that we make for all of our known sins that we have committed this year and it is a day of reflection to recommit to God by making resolutions to fix what we have failed this past year. It is like a honing of the spirit within us not to do what the flesh tells us to do. As with Rosh Hashanah I used the general observances like if you’re allowed to work or what to basically do. I will next year prepare fully and I hope I can fulfil it fully next year. So here is what I did.
I took the two days off and did not work but I did reflect on what I have been doing wrong over the past year and how I can put this right for the year ahead, hopefully by practicing what I failed on this year by doing it the right way this year, this will become a habit of good practice, but no doubt because I am human I will probably do something which will be bad and will have to make up for it the year after. I prepared my meals before the time when the festival starts and I wrote out a prayer of repentance to be read out on the day and I was to afterwards put down my resolutions on paper before myself and for God as a record of the promises I made. I must admit whilst sitting there and thinking it was hard thinking of all the known sins that I have committed on myself and too others and which ones I tend to do a lot as a priority to get rid of more than the other not so serious ones. Before I started the festival I decided that afterward I will write all the things down. So here is what I am to do for the next year.
1. I will try not to speak curses over people 2. I will keep my frustrations of those who annoy me between me and you (God) 3. I will not speak violence or evil about someone else. 4. I will speak the truth concerning you and your will 5. I will carry on working on the work you want me to do 6. I will work on getting ready to become a Pastor for your glory and namesake. 7. I will continue to forgive as I go so it will not become a big mess afterwards. 8. I will pray to you everyday Lord as I can 9. I will testify to those who need help on how you have helped changed my life 10. I will rebuke those who speak blasphemies against you and those who compare you to an evil person. 11. I will defend your rights as God, such as you do not force people to believe in you as it is their free will to choose whatever they believe in, you know like defend against those who force their viewpoints on others and them using persecution to do so. 12. I will not be intimidated with or without persecution to stop following you, they will have to kill me and therefore be a martyr to your name.
I know some of these are bad but I have to be honest with myself, if I am not honest I will then be conceited and a liar and also arrogant, all of those traits are traits that God does not like. I would like to stress importantly that I will be monitoring myself on a monthly basis to make sure I am in line according to my promises, these promises may as well be vows and we know what disaster occurs when you do not do what you vowed. It was another joy for me to take part in this so thank you again God for this festival and thanks to the Jewish community for keeping this going.
Thanks for Listening -TheTravellingChristian

Rosh Hashanah 2015
Rosh Hashanah this year was Tuesday 14th September 2015 lasting until Wednesday 15th September 2015. This year as I am new to the faith and I decided to actively research and take part in Jewish festivals as they have deeper meaning other than just doing them is the opportunity I seek to get closer to God, the reason why these are set up are because of that, it is a coming together of his people and himself. I thought to myself why am I limiting myself and why should I limit him in my ignorance, I am preparing to shut him out and limit even my joy, why should I? My mind was saying no but then I said I will do the opposite for once and see what happens right? So here is what I did on those two days including my preparation and the rules I observed.
First of all I had to research the festival of Rosh Hashanah and find out what the rules were and just so you know because I am new to it, don’t expect me to follow all the rules perfectly first time, I worked on the basics on the stuff I can actually do, so I will tell you what it is I did. I did not work and treated the day as a Sabbath for the two days so I also changed my work schedule to accommodate the festival. I also prepared my meals for the Jewish national Holiday, I know they are many other customs that needed to have happened and I did not cover them all but I will do more on the next one. I also had the apples dipped in caramel which is to symbolise that God will give us a sweet fruitful year to come.
On the actually day, I made it special because I wanted to show God that I am his now I got baptised that day, but next year that will not happen but it will be a reminder of my pledge that day so he will always be a part of my life. It was a great experience and I got a lot out of it, plus too, it was a nice rest because I had been living how the Jews live where you work 6 days all the time and take the Sabbath off and this was a nice addition after a lot of hard work and it was nice to experience something different than the usual Gentile festivals that there currently is.
I will be doing it again next year with a lot more emphasis on meaning and custom and what those customs mean. I will do another post again next year when it comes around and hopefully I will get some pictures up on here so you can see the preparation and the meals I prepared for my Jewish New Year preparation.
From this experience I loved every minute of it and I will participate in other Jewish feasts and festivals to get even closer to God.
Thanks for reading

My Baptism
Hey, it’s the TravellingChristian here and I am here to talk about my next big step in to my journey towards God’s great kingdom.
Ok, so I promised God at the beginning of the year to be baptised in the Holy Spirit and I had to be refined before I could do any of this, I had to be rid of my arrogance that was deeply buried in me because this was causing me to have periods where I would not speak to God and take up my previous worldly lifestyle, this was a huge problem because for me baptism is a commitment to God, well I could not be baptised till I had got myself straightened where my mind was clear to make the commitment and actually keep it.
So after most of the year since January 2015 until the middle of August 2015 I had been working on getting myself arrogance free and plant some humility seeds in its former place so I could fully be committed to the Lord and at the end of August I decided to reward God for helping me through those dark days by doing something solely for him and I agreed to fulfil my promise and be baptised in the Holy Spirit in September. Well lucky for God that is the festival season in Israel and I have been following the Jewish festivals even though I am a gentile and I decided the best way to honour him is to do it on the Jewish New Year – Rosh Hashanah, this tells him that I am his gift this year and it symbolises a total rebirth of myself like I am adopting him as my biological father so I make him feel special for once because he is always making me feel special.
Anyways, I prepared myself pretty good, got shaved, got my hair cut and prepared prayers that I will say before and after and something that I should do once I have been baptised, my baptism wasn’t a normal baptism at a church, I did it at home with my family as witnesses, they even participated in it which made them feel special and honoured that I would ask them to do for me. Every member had their part to play and they felt really good about themselves after too which is an added bonus to my baptism day making it more memorable.
The time came and I descended down into the bath tub and the famous lines were said and I said my vows and finally my head was underwater and I knew that when I arose life is going to change again. When I emerged I am no longer the same no more everything feels different now but it feels like a good different not a bad one. After I got baptised I finished it with the breaking of bread and the drinking of the wine, so in essence I actually married the Lord with my vows and I am working on keeping those vows. The day was really special and I have written down the date I was baptised on so I will remember always that this is the day when I married the Lord, the day when I died in the earth and the day I was born in the spirit changed and new forever.
Thank you for reading this and to all my followers, thank you for letting me share this with you all.
Love ya all loads, peace be with all of ya!!

My Baptism
I have finally made my decree to God that I am his on the 14th September 2014. This day is symbolic to God as it is the Jewish New Year of Rosh Hoshanna. This is my gift to God for his new year and I hope he accepts my pledge of my life being with him. So I will tell you of my experience of this.
The day kind of started out with me feeling like the world was feeling different; it actually felt like there was a party in heaven happening that was just for me, like somehow I was more than a gift to God but more of a long-awaited gift. For me I knew today was special because I was fulfilling a promise I was making to God right back in January. I will tell you the significance of that now. I was once a person who could NOT keep promises whether that would be a promise that I would do something later on that day, or week, month or year, but here I was fulfilling a promise I made months ago, this tells me I am not the same person as I was. I could feel around me that life will never be the same again but in a great way not in a descending bad way. I actually was looking forward to my future.
My baptism did not take its usual form like in a church setting, My baptism occurred in my own bath with my witnesses present which was my wife and also my teenage daughter. I let each of them play their own little part in my baptism, so I let my daughter clean the bath and run the water for the baptism and let my wife pronounce me baptised in Christ, I knew this would mean something to them as well as me that they had a bigger part in the baptism as I did.
The baptism itself felt special and I made sure that I tried to be as holy and as symbolic as possible and took my cross pendant necklace and braced it on my wrist so when my head was submerged the cross would lay on my heart. When I was submerged and risen it actually felt as though I was reborn but not on earth but in the spiritual realm.
Once I had finished my baptism, I then symbolised my final gift of myself by breaking the bread of Christ and the drinking of his blood at meal time, it felt more of a marriage day than a baptism and I was truly thankful that I was accepted by God and thankful for my family to help me accomplish this great feat for God.
Thank you for time to read this and I hope you feel inspired to be baptised in Christ, I would also like to thank my family for helping me and also a huge thanks to God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit for this great blessing and also for the time and breath given to me to make this happen.
Thank you all and bless you all

Sermon Writing
Hey it’s the travellingchristian here and I’m here to share with you that the qualifications for a pastor are not worth that much if you believe in God that through him you CAN and WILL do everything in the name of God. Believe me I am working on one right now on forgiveness and judgements and I will post the content on here so you can see God’s almighty power at work. I have not had no training on how to write one and nor have I had been to church. I have been instructed by the Holy Spirit itself. I will also present this as a sermon by video.
Thank you for listening

The Holy Spirit
Tumblr media
Hey it’s TheTravellingChristian here and I am here to talk to you about the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is SO powerful and He has changed me to a point now that I AM ABSOLUTELY NOT THE SAME!!
I used to be totally arrogant. It was a root that had dug in deep; which had to be torn out. I was my very personality of it all and I was totally blinded by it. The Holy Spirit woke me up powerfully. I am talking about like when Saul saw Jesus when he was an unbeliever; like an experience SO POWERFUL IT CHANGES YOUR LIFE FOREVER!
My arrogance was so deep I must have said at least 20-30 arrogant phrases a day and they could be phrases about different subjects. Sometimes I was being arrogant without even knowing it.
When I was given the truth of my arrogance I realised why my life has been such a mess. The arrogance brought me unwanted strife because i went above and beyond to prove I was better than someone else when all along I was not better than the excrement of pigs; no better than a pair of skid-marked pants. In fact, I even went up against God when He tried to humble me. I have learned that you can’t say the words ‘NEVER’ with God because that to Him is a challenge that He will ALWAYS WIN.
Now with the arrogance being removed, i have realised that I owed people apologies and now have begun asking for their forgiveness; even when I thought that I was right. It has allowed me to forgive fully and put the past in the past. I was also a relief to let go of it all; all the resentment, anger and hostility and I am now grateful to the Holy Spirit because I am no longer the same person. The Holy Spirit is the empowering substance that everyone needs in their life. He also helps you to get to know your own self for who you REALLY are. He makes you want to help everyone else to get to know Him (The Holy Spirit). He is the best friend you will ever know.
Thank you for listening. Praise You God my Father, Jesus my Saviour, and The Holy Spirit my Light and my Life revealer, sustainer and enricher.

The Holy Spirit Experience
The holy Spirit is an important face of God. Recently, I have learnt a great deal about the Holy Spirit. I, at the time, am unemployed and had an imposing decision on a medical and I was asking for the favour of God to rain down upon me. I was asking for this from God thinking that the Holy Spirit and God are one and the same as in there is no need to separate and identify the Holy Spirit as anyone in particular. But after this decision went against me I began to seek God for answers and I have discovered a (new to me) truth. I now realise that I had left the Holy Spirit out. This told me that yes God and the Holy Spirit are together as one but they are all three (God, Holy Spirit and Jesus) to be involved in every aspect of my spiritual and daily life and that includes when seeking God for anything; not just God and Jesus but all three including His Holy Spirit because it is His Spirit which is the doer of His Word. So I have asked to have my medical reconsidered and now I will be asking all three to help me achieve a pass. I have learnt that the Holy Spirit sustains our life as well.
I am on the verge now of doing and Almighty prayer to bring the Holy Spirit down onto me to enrich and enhance me. Once I have done this I will place the prayer on here for your benefit as well.
Thank you for listening and may God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit rain supreme in your lives forever...Amen.

How To Truly Forgive Those Who Have Wronged You
Hey, its the travelling christian here. I'm here today to talk about how to truly forgive someone. Forgiving someone is no easy process but our Master and Lord wishes that we show mercy and grace on those who do us wrong. He also wants us to forget as well as forgive. People believe that forgiveness is just about carrying on and getting on with the person that wronged them but hold onto the memory of it so when that person wrongs us again we are quick to remind them of the last time it happened. This is not true forgiveness as it is used as a weapon just at a later date. So how do we truly forgive? Here are a few key questions to keep in mind.
1. Are you prepared to let it all go forever?
- Are you ready to forget as well as forgive?
- Can you resist the temptation of never bringing it up again?
- Are you willing to trust them again?
2. Can you face them face-to-face and forgive them
-They have wronged you so can you look them in their eyes and say you forgive them?
- Can you resist the temptation of not hurting them back?
- Could you face them even when they are still wronging you right there and then? (for example your bf/gf cheats on you and you visit them and they are together) and they could still be hostile towards you.
3. Even though they have wronged you, can you forgive them and then bless them with love and happiness?
- Can you say you love them and mean it?
- Can you have mercy on them?
If you can do all these things you will feel like you have made yourself a difference, and believe it or not you have made a difference to the ones who hurt you.
Please, please, please if you are reading this and can not truly forgive someone please do not give up, it doesn't mean you are a bad person, your circumstances whatever is happening or going on still needs time to heal as you may still feel angry and upset etc. Which is very understandable. Please accept this prayer
" Jesus, I pray to you that you heal the reader of this post with your love and utmost care. Please help them see that all is not lost and forgotten in your eyes, please protect them from the principalities of ever, and deliver them one day to our Heavenly Father. In Jesus Name AMEN.
Thanks for listening

What Does Fear Of The Lord Feel Like?
Hey, It's the travellingchristian here and here is a question that all Christians would love to have an answer to. I may be able to help answer that question. I am not assuming I know it all but what I am saying is that I have experienced the true fear of the Lord, when you experience it yourself you will be able to relate.
Here is my experience... I have recently had a threat that my immediate family could be separated from me and almost immediately my blood ran stone cold and I was in a state of shock. I love my family and they helped me into who I am today. My family brought me closer to God and I can not live without them as my love for them is so strong I would die for them.
So, this is how I knew I was experiencing fear of the Lord. I started non-stop praying asking for help, I started repenting of everything I have done, I then gave my heart and mind to him as he had been asking me for it.  I started to want to consecrate myself and even that for me wasn't enough. I started panicking, getting deeply upset that I wasn't be taken seriously enough. I prayed again and again. I started finishing off half finished projects to do with God, reading and praying more. I then found an old prayer of mine that I had written, I was shocked initially because I was really harsh and angry, Intially I was going to throw the prayer away but then I decided to keep it. I used it to analyse it, repent of it and show God that I can be humble and look at myself trufully. I can now use that piece of work as a memory of growth rather than disappointment. I then worked on eating my own humble pie and it tasted bad to start with but now I'm convicted of my sins. I can now move forward.
Hopefully by reading this, you will know that fear of the Lord is a extreme experience and now I have decided this is lifelong not just for circumstance. I will live my life humbly and honour his name - I have decided today I have been reborn I will never be the same again. Thanks for listening.

TV Preachers
Hello, it's me again the travelling christian and I am here to talk to you about TV preachers and the preachers I listen to. You may or may not know that there are some really good christian TV channels out there and these host popular TV preachers.
My favourite all time preacher is Joel Osteen, every time he is on TV he is always delivering me a message from God. He is the very first preacher I watched and I've always like his sermons. So don't be surprised to see me add some sermons on here.
Another preacher I like is John Hagee, John Hagee is an old time preacher and is a no nonsense preacher. He is straight up and gets very passionate which actually sounds like he is shouting at you, but I would prefer a passionate pastor rather than a serious mad one any day of the week.
Another preacher I watch is Joyce Meyer. I like Joyce Meyer because she is comical but serious, just a helpful hint if you are new to watching her she uses an amplified version of the Bible, so if she gives a scripture reference please use the same amplified Bible because it will be harder to follow in your own personal Bible. The amplified version is more thesaurised when meanings are extended like this - this by the way is not taken from the Bible.
" The travelling christian was writing his blog about his preachers that he watches dilligently [Carefully, Respectfully]"
The words in brackets are the amplified words, it helps with understanding and gives the reader a visual.
I will in due course will be putting the sermons on here, because you might benefit from them these too.
May God's peace and love be with you all

My Next Steps
Hello, there. It's the travellingchristian again, just an update on what I will be working on, like myself, projects and so forth. I always have work to be getting on with. The one thing I am pleased with is that I'm pleased with is that I am not full of pride by saying "there is nothing I can work on" God always knows that there is always something to work on, always. I love to keep my faith fresh and full of ideas so I am always undertaking new projects and also work that is to be done on myself. So as a token to you, I will disclose all that I am and will be working on for our God most high and for our Lord and Saviour Jesus.
I will start with the work on myself
I will work on getting rid of my addiction
I will help others with another book anything I learn on how to defeat addiction
I will learn how to truly forgive
I will learn how to pray for everyone not just myself, family etc.
 In the meantime I will;
Put my faith into action
I will research the week of atonement
I will make a list of known sins
I will ask for forgiveness in that week of atonement
I will start up a website
I will sell christian books
I will report on progress on anything I do on here
Thank you again, my beloved brothers and sisters, may peace and joy in God be with you all xxx

Film Review - Exodus Gods and Kings
It's the Travellingchristian here to talk to you about another God based film. I have recently watched the new film Exodus Gods and Kings starring Christian Bale.
My opinion of this film is mixed, it has amazing visuals of God's power but at times its completely inaccurate to what the bible says happens. I am all about the truth so the parts that are inaccurate is this; when the river Nile turns into blood, in the film it shows crocodiles come and feast on a few fisherman, that is not how it happened in the Bible.
Also when the parting of the Red Sea happens, it shows that in the film that Moses is caught up in the wave - this too does not happen in the Bible.
On the other hand this film shows how cool God is, a special mention of when God comes and removes the firstborn Egyptian sons, It was represented as simple as a passing shadow, The mighty wave looks awesome and the plagues look great too.
So as a Christian here it is summarized, it is a great movie which shows the great powers of God but when it comes to accuracy they sold the Bible to Hollywood who changed the details just so it will be profitable to them. The visuals for God's power are out of this world, but accuracy of true events very poor.
Any new Christians reading this, do not take the movies events as 100% accurate, consult the Bible for 100% accuracy and also the visuals of Gods power remember these to remind you of his power and how the same power who did all of what you see can happen in your life.
Thank you for your time
