To Live will be an Awefully Big Adventure
So just saw my heart specialist yesterday and was explained yet again I have scraped through the need to have another surgery. This has been an ongoing revelation from the moment I was diagnosed with a rare heart condition just 3 days old. My first and only operation was when I was 13 days old.
I was diagnosed with a rare heart condition called Truncus Arteriosus. My doctors informed my mother that she would need to take me home and spend as much tine with me as possible as they didn't think I would live much longer than a week... two at most. Then few days later just before mum comes to terms with the heart breaking news, the doctor comes bursting in the room say “its a miracle we can operate”. Year later my mum would tell me that a baby passed away and the parents opted for their baby’s organs to be donated. From that day I strongly believe that I am living my life for two people. Which helped my come to the conclusion that one of the best ways to live for two people is to work in the travel industry.
Being a travel agent I get to plan the most amazing holidays for people and learn about the world at the same time. Some people come in who are planning life dream holidays, honeymoons, first time trips, their 20th trip, family Christmas holiday, which I find is so exciting. I get to meet new people everyday and learn about their stories and history.
Here is where I will be posting personal advice through the eyes of a travel agent, advice on the lifestyle on someone born with a heart condition (health signs for fitness levels etc), advice to keep you motivated.
