• May 2016: His iMessage account is hacked, where Lutfi sends suicidal messages to a friend of Isaiah's. He gets scared.
• May 31: Lutfi and Courtney harass Robin Diaz (Isaiah's friend, and former drummer for Courtney and Billy Corgan) demanding the password to the alarm system and the code to the gates of the house.
They also offer money, and say that Frances will help him professionally if he sides with her in the divorce. When that doesn't work, Lutfi threatens to kill his wife.
• June 3: Lutfi, Butler, and Yukthman enter the property. Lutfi claims that Frances gave him the key to the front door while she denies it.
They only broke the glass in the door to make it look like the kidnapping was carried out by strangers. They didn't know that Isaiah's friend was with him that day.
The three pretend to be LAPD so that Isaiah can leave his room. After that, the violence begins.
As with Joe Burns, the three yell at Isaiah's friend to get out of the house. Lutfi beats Isaiah, sexually assaults him, and threatens him that they will rape him. Yukthman and Butler physically force Isaiah's friend to leave the house.
Before Munsey, his friend, leaves, Isaiah yells at him to call the police. The call to the police was recorded. The three of them force Isaiah into a car. A short time later the police arrive, and Lutfi lies saying that they were friends from college and that Isaiah's kidnapping was a prank. Isaiah confirms the story.
The police leave and they return to the house. During all these hours, the threats continue. Lutfi demands Kurt's guitar, and Isaiah says it is not in the house.
He also demands that Isaiah sign Frances' agreement, whereby he would not have access to the house, the guitar or Kurt's estate. Lutfi completely breaks Isaiah's computer because of the photos and recordings of Frances.
After hours, the three decide to leave, but threaten Isaiah to stay in the house until he signs the agreement. Isaiah's mother found out about what happened (through Munsey) and decides to go get him.
Days later, Courtney starts giving money to Munsey, and demands that he bring drugs for her and Frances.
During this time, Lutfi bribes acquaintances of Isaiah to testify falsely in favor of Frances in the divorce.
Love and Lutfi threaten the Silva family. They claim that they and Frances will falsify criminal charges against the family.
• June 24, 2016: Isaiah is back at the house, and Frances wants to collect the last of her belongings. Also in the house are Isaiah's sister, mother, and a former police officer and PI that the family hired.
Frances shows up at the house with Nazarian, Michael Schenk (another one of her employees), and six other men. Her men begin to harass the family, and Nazarian assaults Isaiah's mother. The PI calls the police after the assault.
In the divorce settlement, Isaiah got to keep Kurt's guitar, Frances had to pay him spousal support, but he had to leave the house. In the settlement, he also would not seek any civil or legal action against Frances.
It's absolutely ridiculous that Frances and Courtney claimed that they never gave him the guitar, especially since they both have to consent and only they can have access to the storage where all of Kurt's items are.
Frances supposedly claimed that during the divorce, Isaiah blackmailed her with intimate recordings of them, what he denied and shows evidence of it
And in 2018, he decided to sue Courtney and everyone else. During this period, I believe that Courtney started paying several tabloids to destroy his image. Frances also posted some things during this period, saying that he wanted to destroy Kurt, and called him a piece of shit.
In the end, some sites said that Courtney and Isaiah settled out of court. She probably paid him.
This is a summary that still lacks many details, and if anyone wants, I can send the entire lawsuit. It shows all the records, calls to the police, photos of the threats from Lutfi and Courtney.

The Truth About Isaiah's case / Courtney Love & Frances Bean/ Part I
I wanted to talk and show that the Isaiah Silva case was real, since Courtney Love and Frances Bean did a great job of distorting the story in the media and tarnishing his image.
What happened seems crazy, especially involving a Hollywood actor, but if you pay attention, you will see that it makes sense and there is all the evidence and records that it really happened.
People involvedRoss Butler: actor, close to Courtney Love and delivered drugs to Frances Bean
Sam Lutfi: Notorious for his abusive behavior, he was basically Courtney's henchman. Frances paid him to travel to other countries and bring drugs (heroin, pills, cocaine) for her and Courtney
Nazarian: Another henchman of Courtney and Frances. He had worked for them since 2009.
Yukthman: Third henchman Michael Schenk and John Hamilton: Frances' employees Isaiah Silva: Frances' ex-husband, they had been together since 2010.
Marc Gans: aware of the assassination plot, was Courtney's lawyer
Munsey: Isaiah's friend and witness to the assassination attempt
Robin Diaz: Isaiah's friend, former drummer for Courtney and Billy Corgan Six unnamed men: Hired by Frances to harass and assault Silva's family
Mary Silva: Isaiah's mother. Suffered an injury caused by one of Frances' men Summer Silva: Isaiah's sister
Courtney Love: You know who she is.
First, before I read the entire lawsuit (almost 400 pages!!) I thought: why would someone try to kill another person over a guitar?
Then I saw that like any item belonging to Kurt Cobain, this was valuable and the most expensive.
But Frances and Courtney weren't entirely concerned about the guitar. They were concerned because when Isaiah and Frances got married, they didn't have a prenuptial agreement. Therefore, he would be entitled to everything Frances had.
The original plan was to make it look like a suicide, starting with Frances, 9 months before the murder plot, (September 2015) telling people like her friend, Lindsay Way, that Isaiah was selling everything he had and that he was looking to buy a gun. (This is partially a lie)
• Isaiah wasn't selling anything • He and Frances considered getting a gun after a crazy Kurt fan broke into their house in 2012. Three years earlier.
She even told her friend that if Isaiah killed himself, she would bring him back and kill him, and joked that she wouldn't have to deal with the divorce and lawyers.
For someone who lost her father to "suicide" this is bizarre, and completely devoid of emotion.
You don't have to be smart to understand that Frances had been thinking about leaving for months and months, and had been planning everything.
And in the summary that I will put here, Frances left the house in February 2016, and had already bought another house in that period and moved in April. Really, pretty fast, right?!
Summary:
• Isaiah and Courtney's relationship was harmonious until he realized how harmful Lutfi and she were to Frances. He briefly called off their marriage because of her drug use and after an episode of domestic violence by Frances.
• Between 2013 and late 2015, Frances promised to stop having contact with Lutfi, but she continued to do so secretly. Lutfi would buy the drugs in other countries, and Ross Butler would discreetly deliver them to her.
• The marriage deteriorated due to her drug use (according to Isaiah)
• In September 2015, Frances tells a friend that she suspects Isaiah wants to kill himself and lies that he was looking for guns (although he had wanted to buy a gun three years earlier)
• February 2016: Frances abruptly leaves the house. In the letter she leaves for him, she doesn't explain where she is going, but that she loves him. She demands that one of her personal assistants not tell Isaiah where she is
• March 2016: She officially files for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences.
• April 2016: Frances buys another house and begins the process of moving
