Updated Casting Protocols
TheVerse Vision follows a strict and meticulous process in casting to ensure that roleplayers are permitted to be one of the agency and share enough of an honest overview of their mindset and personality; so that the personnel have a scratch paper on to base their observations from whether the artist stayed consistent, true, or exceeded expectations from their performance during casting.

Conditions: Qualifications
Applicants should be eligible for application through passing the needed requirements and initial standards.
Must be a Filipino roleplayer.
The account used for the application should have a defining roleplay forte. According to the standards of TheVerse Vision, the general classification of roleplay fortes are In Character (IC), Original Character (OC), Canon, Alternative Universe (AU), and General Art - as long as the account takes after a roleplay account [has a muse].
Has a recognizable faceclaim, of any nationality, profession, or field. Self-drawn OCs and animated fictional characters are allowed. Deceased personalities (ex. Michael Jackson, Naya Rivera) and children as faceclaims are prohibited. Specifically, for children, prohibited are those who are non-celebrity; a faceclaim below 18 years old (in the current year the roleplayer is joining) is only acceptable if the person is an artist (ex. Leeseo, IVE. Hyein, NewJeans)
Willing to abide by community policies by being responsible, respectful, and active.
Applicants with a known history of issues in character will be automatically rejected or have a lower chance of being recruited, depending on the case. Examples of issues can be but are not limited to plagiarism, catfishing, bullying, seen with below-the-belt remarks in public, spying, unapologetic behavior, harassment, cheating, and too much inconsistency in activeness such as repeatedly joining in and signing out of affiliations. If rejection in evaluation is grounded in the cases mentioned above, the evaluators should have proof of actions projecting the cases to avoid ungrounded judgments.
If an applicant was turned down the first time for medium-level reasons such as lacking substantial answers, and applies again, the roleplayer will be given the right to an interview and evaluation as consideration for persistence and choosing the agency again. Roleplayers with known issues are excluded from this consideration. A roleplayer can reapply after not less than 25 days.
Returning members, or artists who would rejoin after previously resigning or being terminated from purge, are allowed.
Conditions: Requirements
A submitted application form with complete answers, written in English or Filipino, through TheVerse Vision’s pinned post, in its application section within the comments section. Forms with incomplete answers are automatically rejected. Forms submitted through a third-party person such as an officer or mutual in the group are not allowed unless the reply section is restricted.
Any timeline pinned post that expounds the roleplayer’s forte and disclaimer.
Conditions: Protocols and Process
Interviews are scheduled only on weekends.
The Casting Director has the right to turn down an applicant if the objectives of the interview are not met or there is insufficient depth, with three days to finalize the decision to which the applicant will be made aware of.
Applicants, if caught copying an answer from the Internet without citing it, would automatically be turned down.
1st step: application form, 50-50 chances. Submitting a form doesn’t guarantee consideration, as it would depend on whether the answers are substantial. 2nd step: casting interview, 50-50 chances. If the applicant’s form is considered by the Casting Director, the applicant will be invited for an interview that should be conducted in any official panel room of TheVerse Vision. Members of the management are in each panel room, but only the Casting Director or designated panelist for an applicant will share the floor with the interviewee. 3rd step: completion of requirements, if the verdict arrives as passed.
Returning members are considered not required to undergo a casting interview for the second time unless the returning member was formerly terminated due to sudden inactivity during their previous time in the group; only an application form. Members previously terminated for being involved in known issues or causing damage to the group are excluded from this consideration.
One applicant only per interview room. The applicant will be given a schedule to meet with the panelist but the duration to complete the interview is given 7 days. Failure to accomplish the interview [and requirements, if passed, will nullify the process.
If an applicant gives no response a day after being summoned to their last reply, they will be asked in the Interview Room if they wish to continue. If there is no response still, they will be temporarily removed from the Interview Room and be moved to Room 4 until their 7th due day.
Applicants who pass the casting shall receive an evaluation result or receipt.
Applicants applying to be an officer and passed the casting, but have no history in the group as a member would undergo 1-month probation first.
Conditions: Privacy
As stated in the application form, answers to the application form, a copy of the full interview, and responses in the contract record are to be documented as part of the management’s archival purposes to ensure everyone who applies and enters the group properly undergoes evaluation and process, and history tracking. Records are limited to Verseprods only.
Conditions: Free Pass
All of the measures above are applied in Free Pass phases except for the following changes:
Interviews can be scheduled on weekdays.
For officers, no probation period.

Launching new TVP main, and reorganized units
ZERO: CEO, THEVERSEPLAY; CHAIRMAN, DOWN THE UNIVERSE
Greetings. We opened a latest account extension of THEVERSEPLAY just today, which will function mainly as tag account and to streamline the casting calls for the said branch.
As we approach few months before fifth anniversary, the higher-ups came to an agreement to revisit our system for improvements or changes that can suit today’s productivity and other behavioral patterns of roleplayers, within and outside our group. THEVERSEPLAY, historically-speaking, based on our journey; have been the root of many things that is now THEVERSE VISION. We want to make sure that the system continously benefits us and future partners efficiently. To be committed in this agreement, we are taking our time to revisit our structure and is experimenting with the plans we came up so far. Having the highest number of members as a branch, we are focusing in making improvements to THEVERSEPLAY, for the meantime.
To follow suit in this step launched today, TVP artists are expected to send a friend request to the said main account. Afterwards, you can begin using it as a tag account.
Also, certain units are rennamed. This is because some of them were in use as early as 2019 or 2020. Artists outside the IC forte will be regrouped to another unit.
Might as well I add that for the ones who haven’t listed their names for the IAM Card—I encourage you do it soonest, as we are going to use it.

Dating Ban Policy Terms
THEVERSE VISION has followed a Dating Ban Policy since May 2023, to further push forward the quality of member regulation by minimizing the chances of romantic potentialities between artists that may cause negative distractions among fellow members and the community.
The management has seen many sorts of experiences and narratives in the last year. While few or none of them directly concern whether we have a dating ban policy or not, they certainly made us think of reconfiguring the few traditional rules left to make sure everything has been furnished as new, according to the current times. - pd. and label CEO Gianlorenzo, May 2023 (Dating Ban Policy Announcement letter)
To ensure that the policy is being implemented well and properly, here lies the updated clause of the Dating Ban Policy which all signed Verseprod and artists are encouraged to comprehend.

Conditions: As a regulation, any artist who would decide to pursue a fellow artist romantically, ranging [based on the most common types] from situationship, friends-with-benefits relationship, to an officially committed relationship. In case the involved artists desire to continue the connection, either one or both involved artists will volunteer to step down from their contract/membership in the agency. If the involved artists decide not to pursue it, they can do so quietly, as there is no need for the management to know everything. The latter is only entitled to know if the involved ones are continuing. Artists who would pursue such kind of connection with one another are entitled to proper and quiet exit to prevent unnecessary stirring of drama. To maintain artists’ privacy, it is important to note that the management won’t initiate questioning of artists whether such situations currently exist within the group. That being said, the management entrusts the artists with the freedom and responsibility to step out themselves when such kinds of connections arise, only when the involved artists decide to continue the relationship. The management will only question when (1) questionable signals or hints can be seen in the spaces of the groups, or (2) a fellow artist, staff, or someone from the outside tipped the management; to properly confirm. Additionally, fellow artists who are in a relationship before the implementation are not affected by the policy. The same is applied to artists signed in other branches of TheVerse Vision who are in a relationship before the updated policy clause takes effectivity.

Divesting Google
ZERO: CEO, THEVERSEPLAY; CHAIRMAN, DOWN THE UNIVERSE
Greetings. In the last almost two weeks, I, Jade, and Sun have been in talks and are on the move to transition our ways of how we handle our materials. That's why we haven't provided you with an activity recently. We have been working hard to organize a collaboration event with our neighbors on the 24th. Additionally, we are in the process of improving how we document, collaborate, and store files at TVV.
After conducting extensive testing on multiple options, we are enthusiastic about resuming operations in accordance with our internal agreement to drive progress. Long story short, we came to an agreement to lower our usage of Google products. I bet it's obvious that we take information and records seriously. I mean, most of you guys have been here for a while. The major reasons are:
History - is mainly for security and proof purposes. Transparency. Like, yeah we have proof that the conversation happened. Or, this is the proof that we mobilized this way. Or, yeah you used to be this person why are you out here pretending to be someone you're not. Or, this is the proof that this is approved by that. It comes in many ways. Casting performance: screenshots. Casting results: receipt. Internal and external arrangements: letters. Inbox discussions: screenshots. The older management's failure to secure proof was the Achilles Heel of this community, leading to numerous backfires. We don't want that.
Remembrance is mainly creative intent: stuff you do outside the conventional activities and mainly within the group so that we have evidence of what we are able to work on together, which is also shared through the main account as content. Also, it is for proof of originality. We take pride in how thougtful we produce and direct. The least that we would like is someone thinking we did it in a blink on an eye.

I don't think I still need to elaborate why Google is the subject here because of course we all know Google is the best in online teamwork stuff. As a team, we make sure everyone is doing their responsibilities through division of labor. Utilizing Google products allows us to work seamlessly, real time or not, before finalizing an output.
But, you know. Some things have to be sacrificed to be true. You are all well-informed about our platform's strong stance on the current events in Palestine. We want to stay true by actually putting in an effort as a team, and that is divesting Google. We cannot completely ignore the impact of Google as it plays a vital role in the institutions that surround us every day. The point of Verseprods boycotting Google is we can't change the fact, that Google is irreplaceable in many aspects of our lives because we do not control these systems; but maybe as moderators of a roleplay-based group, where we actually have the decisions, have the power to make a difference here. In doing this, we are able to lessen areas of our work online where we are forced to use Google products.
I won't explain further because the rest is in the actual document. We feel it is important to inform you about this, as it is the main reason behind our decision to temporarily suspend our activities. Also, to let you know that we are open to conversations. I can assure everyone that our newly adapted ways are working. If you want to take notes on how we are doing it with the same intention of divesting, you can message any one of us.
