I was so enamored with cardigan and the cardigan music video that I made a movie poster for it while I listened to the folklore album for the first time at midnight. “There’s this thing people say about celebrities, that they’re frozen at the age they got famous. And that’s kind of what happened to me. I had a lot of growing up to do, just trying to catch up to 29.” This is one of the quotes from that really stuck with me after watching ‘Miss Americana’ for the first time back in January. It ultimately became part of the inspiration for this poster, too! I wanted to create something that represented Taylor’s past that shaped her present, something that felt powerful, and something that touched upon her journey to find her voice as a political activist. I’ve watched this documentary 13 million times and I’m happy that I’ve finally made a poster for it. ❤️ @taylorswift @taylornation

Last min of free time before suiting up this morning I took this picture to remind myself (and anyone else that needs it) that we are going to be ok. Yes it is scary. Yes it is hard. No we dont have all the answers. But we are all in this together. And together we can help one another through anything. Thank you swiftie fam for creating the best place for me to come at the end of a long shift to find friends, fun, laughter and support. Every morning that I wake up and drive to work in the ER, I don’t know what the day will bring. I don’t know how many patients we will see, or how many patients will be sent home in isolation. I had a patient asked me, “what do you do to try to unwind after a stressful day in times like these?” My answer was simple, I play my favorite @taylorswift songs, pour some wine, and FaceTime my friends because it’s important to know that you are not alone in these times. It’s important to keep good mental health in these times. My recommendation is to have a FaceTime dance party with those that mean the most to you! You could even say “it’s nice to have a FaceTime friend”

@taylorswift I just wanted to say hi. The world is scary and stressful right now. Friday will be my last day of work for a long time and I’m so upset about it. I work as a graphic designer in the Broadway industry which is completely shut down right now. I love my job to pieces and I’m scared about what the future looks like. I’m scared about not having an income for awhile. My physical therapy for my endometriosis is pretty much on hold right now. This virus is starting to hit too close to home, affecting my friends and family. But I’m so happy that I have your music together me through everything. You’ve been my best friend for 13 years and your music has always gotten me through everything. I know it will get me and everyone else through this. Thank you for doing what you do. You’re my biggest inspiration. I hope you and your family are doing well and staying safe and healthy. Praying for you, them, all the Swifties, and everyone in between right now. ❤️
