If I feel hungry, i drink 400 ml water first (big cube)

Zuchinni Noodles portion around 160/200 cals

Egg white-Youghurt marshmallow portion around 150 cals

Fuckmefuckmefuckmefuckmefuckmefuckmeee...
When i was living alone, i lost some weight. It was until march. I have gained it all back. Thats fucking hurt. Especialy when i was trying so hard. But i guess not hard enough.
Fuck it. No food today. 60 kg again. Im disgusted. I was 55/54 kg. But now im so angry.
My only food is black coffee and cigarretes for now. Also i allow my self 2 tbsp of milk for coffee. Only one coffee. Im done...
Maybe if i will finaly start working at starbucks i will get back on track since i will spend more time outside. and im starting XS DIET.
And no mercy for my self. New rules for me:
No chewing and spitting food (ughh)
YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO EAT MORE THAN 300 CALS!!
If you know you are going to party, dont eat. I BEG YOU DONT EAT. AND IF YOU PLANING DRINK ALCOHOL. well you are allowed 500 cals, BUT ONLY IF YOU DRINK ALOHOL.
Weight every day, no matter what.
If you loose 5 kgs you can buy new cloth on Vinted.
Drink watter. 2/3 l a day. Imagine that water washing the fat out of you.
If you feel dizzy or like eating. Go lay on bed. LAY ON FUCKING BED AND WAIT UNTILL YOU FEEL BETTER. If you still feel dizzy, eat carrot.
No BREAD, NO FLOUR, NO TO MUCH CARBS,
