I finally figured something out btw

You know the iconic line from “Dad Beat Dad” where Alastor goes “HA HA! Fuck you.”

And of course you remember what Lucifer said to Adam in the finale?

Yeah, he recognized Alastor was insulting him and tried to use the same thing on Adam but completely fumbled

Amphibia and Toh had a similar premise for the finale. (And for the shows plot in general)

I know it’s been a year since Amphibia ended but I just wanted to do this since I feel like Toh copied Amphibia abit. (AND THIS IS JUST MY OPINION) and I know so many people made these but I just wanted to make one aswell.

So Amphibia came out on 17 June 2019 while The Owl House came out on the 10 January 2020

And both the shows have their main protagonist gaining powers from the main source of the power (The calamity box and The Titiain)

Both have a death scene that their friends see and involve their body turning into either leafs or lights floating away.

Oh and both meeting the person that basically created everything (Like the creator of the calamity box or the Titan that is the boiling isles)

As much as I do like both shows, I do feel like Toh took major inspiration from the Amphibia finale. And I also do feel like Anne had more character development and went through a lot more to earn her powers then Luz did. I also didn’t really like how Anne saved Amphibia and accepted her death but still never can go back to Amphibia since the box was destroyed while Luz can just go back anytime she likes. It just rubs me the wrong way but that’s just my opinion! I still like both shows but I just wanted to say this.
