Today went poorly :/ I got anxious and off during my workout. It’s been awhile since I’ve had one of these intense panic attacks. I think a few factors played into it, mostly my period starting today, a few days early. I got fast food because getting some heavy calories helps if I know I need food. Still have pretty nasty vertigo a few hours later. And feeling generally shitty. My chest is heavy too. Gonna call it an early night. I think tomorrow will be a yoga day. Planning to take off and get some chili made. Let’s hope this resolved tonight

The lunch was on purpose. The ice cream was not 😬 But my period is starting and I’m ok with all of this. Did my Arm Day and got through it so much easier than last week ❤️

Almost went to bed without posting! I tried the extended Ab fix today, too much for me right now. Decided to get through what I could then did a Total Body Cardio. Tomorrow is going to be an eat out lunch I think. I’m thinking wings. Unsure about sides 😬

Definitely forgot to take a lunch photo 😅 today was day 8, so I made a big bag of popcorn. Gonna get movie popcorn after the 21 day mark. Got through the cardio workout and did some stretching. Right hip is still tight :/ Workouts didn’t interest me at all today. May need to do something different for a day or two

Ran out of turkey bacon so breakfast was unfortunate 😂 got through the Dirty30 workout pretty easily. Squats are still a little rough with my back / hip being tight. Did 10 minutes or so of hip stretching. Feeling pretty good today ❤️

Definitely lacked on taking photos today, but did my best. Got through leg day and feeling, fine enough 😂 also put together an end table. Went shopping for a few hours and hit my step goal for the day. Baked a chicken, so that’ll put me back on track for meal prep

Back still tender on the right side. No real workout, just an hour of stretching a foam roller. Gonna hit it with the heating pad tonight. I’m not mad about the pizza, I had the carb allotment left. It was either that or popcorn 😅 hoping to do a real workout again tomorrow. But I know the most important thing is to listen to my body and ease into things. If not, my back may lock up, ruin my holiday, and prevent any workouts for months.

Alright. So a lesser day but I’m not mad about it. Obviously I had half the pretzels. No work out but muscles are feeling much better tonight. Got my 6500 step goal completed. Resuming workouts tomorrow. And better eating too!
Edit : also had a little bit of kielbasa and noodles. Breakfast at noon, lunch at 5, dinner at 930 🥲

The weird blob is a very large garlic knot 😅 I may have an apple with peanut butter before bed. Meat plus veggies on the stovetop continues to be the highlight of my day.
Legs were actually worse today than yesterday 🥲 Switched out the Lower Fix for Pilates Fix. It’s pretty likely tomorrow may be a recovery day with no exercise but I go out shopping, the legs need to restore. Got dishes done and the litter boxes cleaned before work, a big win. Going to get some crochet done after I shower. Finally figured out the next step. I goofed a little piece but I’m not angry with myself. I’ll do better next time.

Got Upper Fix done despite my jelly legs. May need to push leg day back and change up my schedule. Even did a 20 minute post workout stretch routine. Long soak after dinner to try snd help my legs out. Back is a little tight and there’s been a few spasms, so I’m anxious about my disc. Just need to remember to ease into things, back off when my body tells me to, and stretch. Definitely need to gain back some flexibility.

Gonna try using this again. Ended up putting the ~15 pounds I lost in the first half of the year back on. It’s got me really down lately, especially if I have to see family for the holidays.
Starting 21 Day Fix and hopefully yoga in the morning. I know that’s a little ambitious for a Day 1 goal. Did the first video and my legs are already jello 🥲. I’m bummed about the BK, it was not something I wanted to do on my first day. Work kept me late and I hadn’t started cooking for the week yet. The turkey and veggies was great though. Reheating meat a d veggies is probably something I should aim to do more often. Got everything pre chopped for breakfast and 2? meals. Shepherd pie and stuffed pepper soup to start the week. I’ve got bananas and apples. I also have leftover meatloaf from Thursday in case I need something filling. Picked up chicken breasts to do veggie and meat on stovetop. I am horrified about having to face my stairs in the morning, it might be a scoot down the steps kinda day 😂
