and downing green teas

The Disney Princess Diet
This diet lasts five days and each day is based on one princess. Note: They do not have to be done in order. 
The “Snow White” Day
On this day, you can only consume apples! They can be red or green or yellow, as long as they are not poisoned. You do not have to peel off the skin. Eat no less than two apples, but no more than six.
The “Cinderella” Day
On this day you can have a little bit of this and a little bit of that. You can eat anything you like. The only restrictions are the number of bites per meal.
Breakfast: a cup of tea and 3 bites of anything
Lunch: 5 bites of anything
Dinner: 5 bites of anything
Do not be greedy with the size of your bites! Trying to be sneaky and stuffing your mouth for each bite will harm no one but yourself. You can do this!
The “Ariel” Day
Considering she was almost naked most of the time, she had to be extra-thin. This day will be a water fast. This day is the toughest, but we can do it!
The “Mulan” Day
On this day, you must follow this meal plan:
Breakfast: Green or black tea (no sugar, no milk)
Lunch: One cup of cooked white rice
Dinner: A can of salmon or tuna
The “Rapunzel” Day
When you wake up, eat a spoon of golden honey (representing the golden flower).
For the rest of the day, you can consume up to 500 calories.
Do not count the calories from the honey.

my rules and routine 🐝♡
General
 700 calories on a weekday, 1000 (at a push) at the weekend
workout for at least 30 minutes a day on top of production rehearsals
drink 2+litres of water
cut out caffeine, you don’t need it.
sleep at 11pm weekdays, no later. 
no lunch at school, only breakfast and dinner at home.
no food after 7pm
wake up at 6am
body check every friday
listen to weight loss subliminal’s for 30 minutes a day
don’t fucking mention about eating habits or weight loss and hide your eating disorder as much as possible. they cannot catch you relapsing this time. 
track your calories using MFP
weigh yourself whenever you can
Appearance
wear concealer, mascara and eyebrow gel, just so you don’t look borderline fucking dead.
brush !! your !! hair
wash hair every sunday, tuesday and thursday.
shower every day and night, 10 minutes each time
shave everywhere on sundays
if you wear anything remotely short that reveals self harm etc, cover it with concealer or even better - wear something else.
School
study for at least 3 hours everyday, no breaks. 
if you fail any exams, you’re a failure. 
school is more important than spending time on anything else (apart from your eating disorder)
you can’t fail. end of story.

It’s not that hard. You make it out to be this difficult task that nobody can do when really it’s so easy. You want to lose 2 pounds a week? Just cut a good 500 off your diet and work out more. Wand to lose 1 pound every 2 days? Just burn off everything you eat. It’s not that fucking hard.

And the list just goes on, but please be safe! As soon as you have a headache or feel unwell, eat something low on calories and that will help your stomach feel better and prevent you front binging :)
