1.        One GREAT love Giveaway contest will be governed by these standard terms and conditions, and accompanying Contest Details (collectively the “Terms”).

2.       Each entrant agrees that he/she has read and understood this document and by their participation in the Contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by the Terms.

3.       The Organiser of Contests is Thomas Sabo Singapore 

4.       CONTEST PERIOD: Contest begins on April 28, 2020 at 11:00AM and ends on May 8, 2020 at 11:59PM (the “Contest Period”). 

5.       ENTRY: During the Contest Period, like, comment, and share posts from Sponsor’s Facebook (www.facebook.com/ThomasSaboSingapore). If you post updates to or receive updates from Facebook via SMS from your wireless phone, your wireless service provider may charge you for each text message you send and receive. Please consult your wireless service provider for more information. All terms and conditions of Facebook apply. Entry in the Contest constitutes permission for Sponsor and their agents and affiliated companies to use entrant’s name, photograph or other likeness on Sponsor’s social media platforms. 

6.       DRAWINGS AND WINNER NOTIFICATION: Immediately following the close of the Contest Period, the 5 best story will  be picked as the lucky winners will be selected by Thomas Sabo Team, By the month of May, after the closure of the Contest Period, Thomas Sabo will send the potential winner a message to the potential winners Facebook account with instructions on how to claim the prizes. If (i) a potential winner does not respond and comply with the instructions in the message within twenty-four (24) hours after Sponsor sent the message, (ii) prize notification is returned to Sponsor as undeliverable, or (iii) a potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, then the prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, the next best story winner will then be selected. 

7.       THE PRIZE: The prize consists of Thomas Sabo specially selected jewellery; The total approximate retail value of the prize is Two Hundred and Eighty dollars ($280.00). The winner may not substitute, assign or transfer the prize or redeem any of the products for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute any of the products with one of comparable or greater value. The winner is responsible for all applicable cost and GST, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

8.        GENERAL CONDITIONS:  Acceptance of the Prize shall constitute consent on the Winner’s part (including Winner’s companion’s part, as the case may be), to allow the use of the Winner’s (and Winner’s companion’s) entry, names, images, video footage, voices and/or likeness by the Organiser for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes, without further compensation, in any media for an unlimited period of time, except where prohibited by law.  Acceptance of any Prize shall constitute a release and discharge of the Organiser by each Winner (and/or their companions) from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, and/or damages which the Winner (and/or their companions) may have, whether known or unknown at the present time, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or relating to: (i) the Contest, (ii) personal injury and/or property damage, theft or loss suffered by the Winner (and/or their companions) as a result of the use and/or enjoyment of the Prize, and/or (iii) any tax liabilities in relation to the Contest, Prize and/or use or enjoyment of the same. The Organiser shall not be held liable for (i) any delay in performing or partial or total failure to perform any of their obligations to the Winners under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organiser, its respective divisions, affiliates, authorized agents, suppliers of the Prize(s), including without limitation delays, changes, disruptions, cancellations, diversions or substitutions howsoever caused including without limitation as a result of war, terrorist action or threatened terrorist action, strikes, hostilities, civil commotions, accidents, fire, flood or natural catastrophes or (ii) from any loss, damage to property, injury, or death resulting from or related to entrant’s participation or inability to participate in this Contest, or the use, misuse or inability to use the Prize or any portion thereof. The Organisers reserve the right to terminate the Contest or to modify the Contest rules and Terms prior to the Closing Date by amending the rules and Terms hereof at its sole and absolute discretion. Any such modifications shall be notified via the Contest Website, and such modifications shall be immediately effective and apply to all entries, including entries that have been submitted to the Organiser.

9.       For avoidance of doubt, Entrants must provide personal data via SMS, email, forms, or online forms, in order to participate in giveaway contests. By voluntarily providing the Organiser with personal details, the entrant has voluntarily initiated a communications relationship with Thomas Sabo and has deemed consent to receive information, such as, but not limited to Winner Notifications, from Thomas Sabo through SMS, email, or another other forms of communications. By initiating contact with the Organiser through SMS, Entrants have deemed consent for the Organiser to contact them via SMS or telephone calls for future notifications regardless of whether the Entrant’s number is listed on Singapore’s “Do Not Call” Registry or not.
