Had a pretty busy weekend, three shows in two days. Friday was Tug of War Machine opening for Marky Ramones Holiday Blitzkrieg at The Stone Pony in Asbury Park. On Saturday I caught a bunch of local bands, The Goons, Away Game, and Operation Joy Ride, at Rhythm & Spirits in Atlantic City and across the street at Anchor Rock Club was Grade 2, Murphy’s Law, and Agnostic Front.

Last week, I got the chance to photograph Hail the Sun / Sweet Pill / Kaonashi / Glasslands at Asbury Lanes in Asbury Park, NJ. It was probably one of the best shows I’ve seen this year.

I figured I would do a stand Introduction post here so here it goes…
I am Thom Hall, I am a South Jersey based photographer, musician, and writer. This is mostly going to be about my photography. I am currently primarily a concert/event photographer, I just love capturing the moments that bands/artists create.
I also write live reviews and recaps for a lot of the shows and events I go to, be it a small brewery concert to festivals.
Anyway, that’s a little about me.
