What has stubby scales, no ears, and lives on the island of Borneo?

The Earless Monitor Lizard (Lanthanotus borneensis)!

This reclusive reptile spends much of its time burrowed underground; its bumpy scales help it camouflage by allowing dirt to cling to its back. While its name alludes to its lack of external ears, the critter does have developed auditory structures beneath the skin.

Donnie, how do you feel about Eliza?

"Ooh ha! Ooh ha!" Yes, Donnie knew that Eliza hung out with Darwin but that still didn't answer the question. Sitting still for a moment while picking his nose, the boy blinked as if in thought.

Eliza. How did he feel about her? How could he convey his feelings without an extensive vocabulary?

An idea suddenly came to him and soon Donnie had raced over to a tree giving it a hug while babbling before climbing into its branches to search for a snack having now completely forgotten the question in the first place. "WAHOO!"

"Stop it, Jungle boy ! I'm not, like, your mom..." She pulls at her hair, biting her lip. Oh, God ! This would kill her parents hearts if they found out ! She swallowed, grabbing a random photo of the family off the table, jabbing a sun kissed finger towards Mariann. "This. This is your mom. Not, like, me. Okay ? " //idk have this lol I can't stop thinking abt it XD

His eyes went from the frustrated form of Debbie before him then drifted to the form of Marianne smiling in the photo and back. Numerous times.

As Donnie sat on the floor, he quietly contemplated her pointing which he mimicked before his finger landed back on Debbie once more. "Sagkgkgsaaa Mama!"
