I’m sorry you went through such an horrible relationship but at the same time I’m glad to see how far you’re going now.

I’ve gone through something similar, for many years. I know you might feel that you want (you NEED) an apology. You want the whole world to know what happened, what she did to you. Not revenge but justice. Sadly, I found out that this kind of people rarely face the consequences of their actions and, if they apologize, it’s not sincere and it’s likely that they break all the good promises and go back to their old behavior.

My only advice is to go zero contact. Absolute zero contact. Don’t even try to look for an apology nor justice. You have to mourn all your pain, your hopes for that relationship and the image you once had of her. And let go.
