You become what you surround yourself with:
Negativaty breeds negativity, and vice versa.
Taking a positive spin on life is the first step in the right direction to becoming the person that you are supposed to be, and not the person you want to be. Quite often people feel as if they “don’t like the person they have become” - this is incorrect. The person you are is the same, the way you renationalise and make decisions is what has changed over the years.
Our experiences with other people throughout life will always effect our way of thinking and rationalising.
You may react to a situation by being rude and get the result you wanted from that situation - this then shaping your mind to believe that to get what you want, you have to be rude to people. This then shapes and changes personal decision making and can have a proven deterimental effect on your social life and family life, when realistically you don’t have to behave in that same manner towards every person you have contact with.
It’s important to realise that the person you’re supposed to be is within yourself, but you can’t find it on your own. This is where the title of this note comes into effect. You become what you surround yourself with.
The vast majority of the population who feel as if they cannot find who they really are quite often go in search of it alone. You must surround yourself with absolute positivity - in work, at home and at social events too. A positive environment will bring out the best in somebody in the worst of times. This is a good explanation of why the best relational experiences sometimes happen to people as they are going through some very bad experiences, because naturally, throughout this bad time the said person has surrounded themselves with positivity, potentially without realising (subconsciously), as a form of defence against negative feelings and emotion.
Energy and the law of cause and effect:
In each interaction we have, energy is almost always given off. This energy can be good or bad. You could say that this is why the atmospherics change when a bad person walks into a room. Most people have been in a situation in which you meet somebody for the first time and there appears to be a cold feeling, a presence of the abnormal. Later on in our timeline, this person may go on to cause us serious problems - and this makes you think back to the first time you met them and felt uneasy - this is down to the negative energy which their true intentions was giving off. Don’t give off negative energy, the best way to do this is to have great intentions for every person you meet along the way.
The law of cause and effect is written and based (in my opinion) from Newton’s 3rd law of physics. “Every action has an equal and opposite reaction.” Similarly, the law of cause and effect states that everything we put out into the universe will come back to us. This is why behaving in a negative way and being a negative person often makes us feel unhappy long term, as this energy will eventually have to go somewhere, and a lot of the time it comes back to us. Don’t put anything into the universe which you think would do harm, and you will already have started to be the great person you where born to become.
Points to note:
This note is aimed at people who are struggling with the person they have become. The person you have become is the same person you have always been, only a result and product of the environment you have been exposed to. Change your environment and spread positivity.
