More Doodles!!! With critters and a yarnabus this time!

This was me just playing around and the first time I actually drew any of the critters, so the designs will change a bit in stuff after this one.

The yarnaby I did in the early hours of the morning for a friend who loves him.

I might be a little late to the party but I just realised that when we meet Doey he says that he has been expecting us. However he was surprised to see Poppy, so it wasn't her who told him about us. Which leaves Ollie.

The prototype has been in contact with Doey for who knows how long, probably knew where Safe Haven was the whole time.

Can you imagine the betrayal and the absolute fuckery if Doey had found that out first? How badly that would shake him?

He hadn't kept them safe, he'd been talking to the one most dangerous person there the whole time. That same person who the Doctor, the doc who hurts and starves them and makes them sick, works for?

Doey would've taken that blame, all of it.

But what was the endgame for ProtoOllie voice? Did he think Doey was a threat? Was he worried he couldn't win against him? The Doc certainly thought Doey was a threat and never faced him directly due to it.

If I missed something obvious lemme know. Might have rambled for nothing. 😂

I understand your reasoning but consider the following:

In the game there is a Catnap that asks us sadly if we have any food, what if he isn't just hungry, but he's also starving more than the other toys because he has some allergy and can't eat some of the stuff Doey brings?

Can you imagine how Doey would feel after going out to gather food? He'd try so hard to get enough for everyone and yet he'd still have to tell the poor catnap that he wouldn't eat that day.

Matthew in particular would take that very hard, he already has insecurities regarding his worth. That would only make it worse.

You know, it make me think: if the Toys are considered organic beings and can consume food, would it have been possible they could also have any food intolerance or allergies like how humans can?

Like for example, a Toy has lactose intolerance and couldn’t eat any dairy related products without feeling nauseous. Or maybe a peanut allergy where if a Toy eat any kind of substances with peanuts, they could get a bad reaction from their body.

Hm, I never actually considered this but, my gut instinct is to say allergies probably wouldn't be an issues??

I'm lucky to have gone my whole life - thus far - with no allergies until very recently where I had (what I believe) really bad hay fever. I say believe because my eyes were watering so badly and I was sneezing every ten seconds, but aside from that I have had no allergies and none of the friends I had in school, to my knowledge anyway, had allergies either so I don't really know a lot about allergies or how severe they are or what the reactions to allergies can be

My gut is to say that allergies aren't an issue because, and I know this isn't really the best example in universe to compare to but I think it's the only one we have so far of it's like, but Thomas Clark had I think lung cancer? And that's why he was transferred into the toy Bron. We know the toys bleed, breathe and eat so whatever lungs or breathing system Thomas Clark had put in the toy body we can all assume was cancer free

Harley probably came up with some way to eliminate diseases/allergies during the transfer process. Also the toy bodies likely operate differently to human bodies, both considering their size and the fact they clearly don't need things like sunlight (vitamin D)to survive

where did Janet learn to cook? Did she go to school for that?

Well, when you're stuck with two parents who are neglectful to the point where they don't even bother to feed you, you kinda have to pick up a skill or two.

It started off with her just making herself something simple to eat, something easy and filling for a little kid like mac and cheese or whatever she had.

But the more she cooked the more she realized that she genuinely enjoyed it! It was like an escape from her shitty living situation. She even preferred watching cooking shows over the cartoons her classmates would always talk about. Every night Janet would grab her little notepad and a pencil and follow along with the chef as they listed off the different ingredients and steps needed to make whatever dish they were currently making.

She couldn't cook like... the majority of the recipes she wrote down because she knew the mess would get her in trouble with her dad. But once she moved out of that house at age 17, she experimented with every single recipe she wrote in that little notepad! She even began collecting cook books. She actually still has that collection, she just keeps it in her closet!

He's Autistic. He Claims Its To Loud. (People With Autism Tend To Be Sensitive to Light,, Noise And Etc.) He Has Meltdowns and People Just Feeding Into The Idea Of Him Being A Rage Filled Monster Upsets Me. I Believe We've Seen Some Of Kevin When He's Calm Before But,, Its Hard 2 Nail Down When And Who Is Fronting.

He Is Just More On Edge Then The Others. He's Not A Monster. Shout Of To The Person Who Pointed Out Him Being A "Problem Child" And The "Everything's too loud. TOO LOUD!" Line Are Signs. (People With Autism Tend To Be Labeled As Problem Children For Needing More Accommodations)

Hello! For your Big Bro & Kids Shenanagins AU, whats the relationship between Kissy and Gabby like? (not sure if you already stated some but ye :D)

They're quite close !! Kissy got attached to him early on in the storyline. She always appreciated how gentle he can be, no matter the circumstances.

She was grateful he gave her space back in Home Sweet Home instead of peeking around too much. And after learning more about her and who she used to be, Gabby tried his best to be even more mindful around her.

She's the first one to join him and Ava after they manage to escape and hide from Huggy. It's hard to communicate without Poppy around, but they figure things out as they go. They find an old ASL learning book down in the labs and try to teach each other things.

Gabby doesn't try to figure out why she can't (or won't) talk. He wonders at times if she would even be able to talk at all. But he thinks it's best to give her the time she needs.

He feels the safest around her from the get-go, despite her resemblance to the one creature he's most horrified of.

I spawned a thing

The idea is for him to be one of those chia pet dolls, doesn't fit the lore of poppy playtime at all lol, but I like the design and that'll be enough for now.

See through the googly eyes, but can't control their movement.

Flowers can share energy from photosynthesis to the plushie.

Flowers also affect his thinking, their roots are deeply embedded in his brain.

Loves being watered and basking in sunlight.

I'm also not particularly happy with my icon, name or banner, will try to make a better one soon

I can definitely see Prototype trying to spend time with Poppy doing father-daughter activities, but she's absolutely hating every moment of it.

Also, Catnap is definitely jealous that Prototype only ever thinks about her.

He wasn't jealous.

CatNap resisted the urge to hiss out some red smoke and instead settled for glaring as his god's hands held up the new dress to the mirror. "Isn't this pretty?" he cooed, his voice echoing. "I saw a style like this in a fashion magazine."

It was pretty, done in lavender, with puffy sleeves and glitter decorating it. CatNap could name a few little girls who would love it.

"I like my dress," Poppy said, without a hint of gratitude. "I thought we were past this whole ridiculous dress-up game."

"But I need something to spend my time with!" Stella's high-pitched voice grated at his ears. "You used to love when I made your dolls new dresses!"

Poppy groaned and CatNap rolled his eyes. When he refocused, he stiffened wen he realized that the doll was looking directly at him. "I think CatNap would appreciate your efforts much more, Prototype."

"He is not the size of a small doll, my dear."

Poppy sighed and Red Smoke whisped from his mouth.
