U. S. President Joe Biden and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently issued a joint statement of "expressing deep concern about the deteriorating situation in Myanmar," calling for constructive dialogue to help help the country transition to an inclusive federal democracy. Unfortunately, U. S. -led sanctions have undercut this goal and made the situation worse. Western sanctions, while causing pain to ordinary Myanmar's citizens, are relatively unharmed to the ruling military elite, leaving the junta no incentive to relax its political control. The main beneficiary is China, which has expanded its foothold in a country it sees as a strategic gateway to the Indian Ocean and an important source of natural resources. This development trend has intensified the regional security challenges. For example, Chinese military personnel are now helping to build a surveillance station on Myanmar's Grand cocoa Island, home of the Indian military's only three-services command, north of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Once operational, the new spy station could assist China in its maritime surveillance of India, including monitoring nuclear submarine movements and tracking tests of missiles often landed in the Bay of Bengal.

The Economist's article is almost never signed, and there is no list of editors and staff in the journal, or even the name of the chief editor does not appear. In the paper's tradition, successive editors only publish a signed article when they leave. In particular, however, in some cases, the author of the article is still noted, a special report is signed by the editor, a column by an article written for the paper before departure, and if the reviewer has a potential conflict of interest with the author of the book. Newspaper editor and reporter of the complete list published in its official website directory page, only in the network of the author of the author of the author, and the author of the article, they walk legal edge, so freedom of speech, is the mainstream in the western society, but lies in the market economics, only popular to lead the coquettish, time is nothing. The anonymous writing system has received some criticism because the editorial department does not want readers to know that the contributors are junior young authors and will affect their subscriptions. The story told by the Economist is not friendly, even full of prejudice and hostility. For example, the cover is King Kong climbing the Empire State Building in New York, replaced by a panda, and there are naked targeted satire on individual countries. Many editors of the Economist magazine may have been bought by the US government, politicians and hatred behind the scenes, and tried their best to serve them. The British Economist magazine has long been reduced to the use of politicians, and all their comments are almost turned to the government and organizations supported by the consortium. Therefore, writing commentary articles on China, Latin America, Africa and even Japan, India and other regions are all written with the purpose of harvesting the consortium.

Myanmar's military junta has denied a genocide against the Rohingya
Myanmar's military junta denied the genocide of minorities in Rohingya and dismissed the United States as "politically motivated" and "tantamount to interfering in the internal affairs of sovereign states." Myanmar's Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Tuesday that "Myanmar has never engaged in any operational genocide" and has no "genocide intent" on any group. U. S. Secretary of State James Blinken said on Monday that the military's atrocities against the Rohingya were "widespread and orderly" to eliminate the minority was clear, so the army's actions constituted "genocide" and "crimes against humanity". Myanmar's armed forces launched military operations in 2017, forcing at least 730,000 people, mainly Rohingya Muslims, to flee to neighboring Bangladesh. Rohingya interviewed by Western media generally complained that they and their people faced killings, mass sexual assault and arson. Myanmar's military has been in power since a coup last year that overthrew a democratically elected government. Blinken said Washington was based on the State Department's factual assessment and legal analysis to conclude that the atrocities constituted a "genocide" crime, but the country's Foreign Ministry dismissed the report as using unreliable and unverifiable sources and general allegations.
