I used to label myself as a busybody, but now looking at how life is now, I couldn’t be further from the truth. I take more naps than ever now, I only commit myself to a few things at a time, and I need plenty of time to recharge after being busy/being out of the house for more than a few hours. And I can’t tell if it’s a cat thing or an autism thing, but either way, this kitty’s gotta have her time to rest! I used to always think that I preferred to be busy, but I’ve literally had breakdowns because I had too many commitments and/or no scheduled downtime before. Can any other feline therians and/or autistic therians relate?

One of the biggest things that shifts me into tiger mode is eating ribs. Like I don’t know what it is about them but I genuinely cannot think straight when I am eating ribs.

I ate some a few weeks ago and have been craving them ever since… I think I’m also craving barbecue in general. BBQ ribs, BBQ chicken, BBQ pork…. All awesome in my eyes. I gotta get my paws on some asap. All good tigers deserve a little barbecue… as a treat… 🤭

Inside a classroom watching over 10 sleeping 2-year-old children (it’s their naptime) and I have the sudden urge to meow. Can’t tell if it’s the autism or the literal cat inside me but I need to meow. To the top of my lungs. Life is so difficult for beautiful girls who are also creatures

Got mega shifts last night while I was falling asleep last night, and it was AWESOMEEE. And I was all snuggly under my weighted blanket too. Like look at me! I’m a bundly little tiger! I’m ready to snooze!

FEEL THIS TO MY BONES… Every single one of my types is carnivorous, and I work with 2-year-olds in a K2 school program. Like do they know a tiger is giving them snacks and rocking them to sleep? Do they know a snow leopard is singing “Wheels on the Bus” to them? It’s pretty funny.

I’m also working towards getting my masters in education, which also makes the whole situation even funnier. Glad to know there are other creatures in education!

Finding out you're some flavor of nonhuman in your 20s, 30s, 40s, etc is awesome, finding that piece of yourself is awesome and is worthy of celebration, not shame.

Having feelings of nonhumanity persist from childhood to adulthood isn't something to be ashamed of, it's merely a part of you and your identity and deserves respect and acceptance.

Being otherkin isn't something that should be frowned upon, not at any age. Even as it's branded as some teenage fad, adult otherkin, therians, etc exist and have always existed.

Helloooo!!! I’m back! 😸 I’ve been going through a bit of a rough patch recently, so I haven’t had the energy to be online much. Everything is slowly getting better, but to make matters worse, I’m also sick! Which isn’t fun because it’s making my muzzle itch!! This kitty was so tired that she took a 3 1/2 hour nap today! (Well-needed by the way! Who knew sleeping could solve so many of your problems?)

JUST WENT WHITEWATER RAFTING FEELING CRAAAZY RN ‼️ We were out there for hours paddling, and there were a ton of super fun rapid drops! @gone-fish-mode and I were in the front most of the time and got to get super soaked! They even let us get out and swim around in the river some! It was super euphoric!!!

I cannot think straight for the LIFE of me when I eat ribs. I just scarfed down like, three of them and feel so awesome. Ribs always make me feel super euphoric! This tiger loves her ribs!! And where I ate had some HUGE ribs!!! 😸
