Tumblr should be better
I'm starting to have a very difficult time wanting to keep my account. Tumblr has a very bad habit of suggesting accounts to me that I want nothing to do with. I constantly see profiles that are very Pro school massacre, Pro cutting and pro eating disorder. I understand that these affected subcultures need an avenue and are in need a community but providing a platform to glorify these horrible atrocities in our society is not necessary. I've been sexually molested by my stepfather. I've been a cutter and struggled with many of these very horrible diseases that create very vulnerable individuals in our society. I'm really starting to have a negative view of Tumblr and how it almost seems to encourage all these negative things that lead to school massacres cutting eating disorders and all sorts of issues that we all came on here to find Solace from. So many of us came here and found this place because we were victims and because of this platform we continue to be victimized without even realizing it because of its glamour. Fuck Glamour. These are our lives and most of our lives are very young.
