WE ARE FINALLY HERE LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!!!!!! Here is the link to my final product, I really hope you like it.

WEEK 8
Rationale
Before I submit my final product...I would like to say that this year has been a rollercoaster. I have learnt so much, and met a lot of creative people who I plan to work with in future. I am thankful for all the electives that I had, because I got to touch on a little bit of everything regarding creativity.
This assignment had me running around clueless the first few weeks because not only was I unsure about how I should approach this it...but I also wanted to create something that nobody else would think of.
I chose a documentary because I believe that as people, what makes us creative hero's is our God given talent. I aspire to be an independent/self-made recording artist, who travels the world and shares his talent. I aim to inspire millions through my music, and show the youth that doing what you love is the most important thing on this earth.
I love making music so much, that I feel empty when I don't record any new songs for a long time. And I wish to share my experiences and life story with the world through my music.
I really hope you enjoy this documentary.

WEEK 6
This week I got a list of all the equipment that I will need in order to make my documentary. I ensured that I booked the right camera, tripod stand, audio recording equipment, and lights.
Now in week 7 I can start filming and editing my Documentary and make sure it is well put together.

WEEK 5 CLASSWORK
This week we were given tarot cards and worked in groups of 2. We had to ask eachother about problems that we're facing/we can't overcome, and use the tarot cards to give eachother solutions.
I felt that It was a weird approach to problem solving...but I really enjoyed it because it was something I have never done before. As you can see in the notes that I made...I got some creative solutions to my problems that I would have never thought about on my own.
My project is coming together piece by piece...and I can't wait to show it you.

WEEK 3 CLASSWORK
Our classwork assignment for week 3 was to think about things that are holding us back with coming up with best possible ideas for our creative hero project, and portray it as a monster. The word I used was 'indecisive', so I created a monster that has 4 different faces...which resembles all of the ideas I have, and not being able to choose one.

Week 1
For this term, I have decided to create a documentary based on my journey as a recording artist, and how I have incorporated the things I have learnt from 1st year at Open Window to become a better creative.
I plan on touching people through my music, and this documentary will show exactly how I plan on doing so, with the help of the knowledge I have gained so far as a Film and TV, Sound design, and Motion Design student at Open Window, with addition Creative Development, Academic Skills, Story & Ritual and Media Aesthetics.
Creative Development is a subject that touches into all of the above mentioned subjects, and has helped me to not think outside the box, but to throw away the box and not allow myself to follow the world's perception of creativity.
